This Life

Why is life cruel?

Is it because everyone wants to rule?

I don't understand,

I'm getting tired of life,

But I'm not thinking of a knife,

I'm not willing to be selfish,

That's why I'm saying this,

Grades are just letters,

So why do I have to get better?

I don't care,

Please don't stare,

I'm not trying to be sad,

I'm really saying I'm doing bad,

They ask if I want to fail,

But it's not like I'm going to jail,

I could say I'm trying,

But it's kind of lying,

Yet its still true,

But I'm feeling blue,

I'm not feeling up to it,

and it's making me sick
