Klaus fluttered his eyes open to see Selena was no longer in bed. He jumped out of his bed quickly making his way to bathroom to see she wasn't there. He ran downstairs to see her eating cookies with milk causing him to sigh in relief
"Morning" she greeted with a smile "Are you okay?"
He pulled her into a tight hug causing her to frown but she hugged him back anyway "Thank God" he breathed out
"Nik, are you okay?" She asked him and then chuckled nervously
"You know... I live in constant fear of you never coming back... I woke up and I thought I was just dreaming" he admitted and she smiled warmly
"I'm here and I'm not going anywhere. Not even your mother can separate the two of us" she told him and he smiled kissing her hardly and all of sudden her phone began to ring causing Klaus to roll his eyes
"Hey Aunt Jenna" Selena greeted and motioned for Klaus to stay quiet
"Come down to the station" she told her causing her and Klaus to frown in confusion
"Why?"
"It's Alaric" Jenna said and she nodded grabbing her car keys
"I'll be there in 10" she told her before hanging up
"Are you going to be okay?" He asked and she nodded before standing on her tip toe capturing his lips
"Yes. I love you" she told him and he placed his hand on her forearm stopping her
"I want to ask you something" he said and she frowned "About Damon"
