Getting closer

You and Lupin had been keeping your relationship a secret for obvious reasons, you had been dating for about 2 months now and you felt really happy for once in your life. But your paranoia got to you, you were scared that he might not feel as strongly towards you as you felt towards him. You were sitting in his room while he was out for a while doing something, soon you heard the door open. You looked up to see him starring at you

"Um did i do something wrong?" you asked as tears formed

He saw how hurt you were and rushed to your side

"No no im sorry if i made you feel like i was at you its just, you are so important to me and i dont want to ruin it and i dont know if you feel how i feel and i just dont want to lose you" he said sadly

You held his face and made him look at you

"Remus please don't push me away like that ever again okay, I have had feelings for you for a long time and those feelings arent changing anytime soon okay, I.......I love you" you finally confessed

He just stared at you shocked

"Really, you really love me?" he asked with a hint of happiness

"Of course i love you, are you kidding me, do you not see how much i adore you

He picked you up and spun you around

"I love you too i just didn't want to scare you off"

He sat you both down on the couch so you were straddling him, he placed his hands on you waist and yours were holding his face again while you just enjoyed each others company

"Lupin you are everything i have ever wanted"

"I'll always love you Y/N, i promise"
