About two weeks before my period came my mom started taking about what i should do and how to react. I didn't really need a talk i already knew what to do and how to prepare.

Mom- Emily can we talk

Em- yes mom? whats the matter?

i sat down thinking i was in trouble

Mom- so your growing up so fast ur getting breast and-

Em- Mom! get to the point

Mom- okay sheesh well anyway in the next few months you should be getting your period

as soon as i heard that word i cringed

Mom- so im taking you to buy a period pack so when it comes you can be ready

i really didnt wanna go period pack shopping with my mom

Em- mom i can walk to the store myself or take a bus

Mom- okay dear just be safe

so that's what i did i walked to the store myself.

|| Two weeks later||

me and my friend livie were walking to math class and i felt off

during math i felt my underwear wet honestly i thought i peed and i knew i had to use the bathroom so i asked my math teacher

Em- sir may i use the restroom?

math- no ms. young were going through an important lesson

Em- well then can i go to the nurses office?

math- No if its this important tell the whole class.

so i ignored the rat and walked out of the classroom

i went to the bathroom and cleaned up then called my mom
