WAVE!!: Let's Go Surfing! Fanfiction (OC)

It all started when I hear the ocean calling up the waves..

A big wave raised up as a little girl with seagreen hair, who was on her father's shoulders, stares at the ocean with her pink and blue eyes. The beach was crowded by people, who were cheering up for the surfer they came to cheer for.

"Dad.. Why are we here again?.." Her big brother, Shinoki, who has light pink and gray eyes, complained while holding on to his mom's hand.

"Did you forget Shi-Kun?.. Dad will be competing with those other surfers. We're here to cheer him up" His mom, who has skyblue eyes and long gray hair, said while bending down to him

The boy groaned in boredom with his shoulders sinking down, the little Kaiyumi rested her chin on the top of her father's head and says with a cute high pitched tone

"I want to see Papa competing them! He's the best after all! Unlike Nii-Chan who is always lazy"

"Eh?! All you do is cry, puke-face!"

Both their parents laughed at their arguement, the father, who has almost the same looks as Kaiyumi but with seagreen eyes, carried her down to his arms,

"Woah, stop arguing, you little gremlins. You and your Mom are here to cheer for me, right? You agreed on it with a pinky promise, Shi-Kun"

Shinoki pouted with his arms crossed while his father ruffled her hair,

"Papa, you'll win this surfy contest, right?.." The little girl asked staring at his eyes,

He nodded confidentialy and nuzzled his nose against hers, "Of course I will, and you're the reason if Papa will win this for sure."

"But I don't surf or anything... How will that make you win?"

"As long as your Mom and Nii-Chan is here, I'll do my best to win this for you." He smiled, making her eyes sparkle and nodded happily,

"Uhn! Papa will win this surfy!" Her little arms waved up,

Hearing the host of the competition calling his name, he puts down her fragile small figure on the sand and brings up his surf board,

"I better get going now. Wish me luck"

"Goodluck, sweetheart" His wife greeted holding on to Kaiyumi's small hand, the little girl followed with a wave and bidded her father,

"Goodluck, Papa"

He was surprised by hearing his daughter bidding him a goodluck for the first time, it made him smile and runs off to the shore.

I always idolized my father ever since he won that competition.. Seeing him bringing up the medal with a big happy smile, made me want to go up to the waves and ride them.

Not until...

"Really?! You've been invited to Tokyo?!" His wife said in surprise with a smile, he nod and chuckled happily, spinning her around with much joy,

"Eh?! You're going to Tokyo?!" A 14 yearsold Shinoki said with wide eyes, Kaiyumi clapped happily,

"Congratulations, Papa!"

"Can we come with you? Pleasee!" Her brother begged,

Both their parents looked at each other as they exchanged understanding gazes,

"We would love to, sweetie. But you still have to attend school, and it will be a long ride to get there" Their mother sadly said,

Kaiyumi's eyebrows frowned along with her smile, Shinoki was trying to convince to go with them to Tokyo but they never did.
