It was a week later after izukus heat was done and over with the three now forgetting all about the hunt , it was morning when izuku woke up cuddled between his alphas he sat up and stretched a little before being pulled back down to lay down todoroki grumbled while bakugou said go back to bed bunny and snuggled more into his side izuku giggled at his alphas closing his eyes to go back to sleep , 10 minutes later he woke up again and scurried to the bathroom he threw the lid up and poured his stomach out his alphas not to far behind rubbing his back and making sure his hair was out of the way looking at each other and giving a thumbs up to each other knowing exactly what was going on , they we're gonna be papas as izuku finished up throwing his stomach out he glared at his alphas who were smiling, are . He yelled at his alphas, they both scratched the back of their necks and smiled what bakugou questioned it's not our fault you were begging Todoroki smirked and started laughing izuku went cherry not funny he beat bakugous chest oh come on bunny it was a little bit funny he ruffled his mop of hair izuku pouted and puffed his cheeks and started walking out of the restroom getting clothes to put on , and just where do you think your going bunny ? Todoroki stopped his laughing fit fo ask , to the healers den where else ? He snapped he finished putting on his clothes and walked out the door the boys still trying to put on their shoes and struggling to keep up

Month 3

Month 4

The two alphas came rushing into their bedroom ready to fight izuku giggled and motioned them over he placed both the alphas hands on his tummy they both felt a kick at the same time causing them to jump , izuku giggled and watched as his alphas were amazed they payed there heads on izukus baby bump and started crooning .

Month 5
Bunny come on you the rules all omegas to bed by 8:00pm your no exception todoroki scolded while bakugou held izuku nu uh I'm not tired ! I am hungry and to energized to sleep , bunny come on katsuki called trying to rock him while sitting down , izuku had become very restless and extra cranky.

Boys recovery girl called  it is month seven and even though he is close to due he should not be that big so I ran a scan and it appears young Luna is having twins  katsuki and todoroki ran in the scanning room looking at izuku who of course was in tears .

Month 8
Can I open my eyes now ? Izuku complained nope not yet , ok now you can katsuki took izukus hands and led him through the door while todoroki removed his from izukus eyes the nursery was done with butterflies and dragonfly's of all sorts of colors two cribs on each side a dresser in the middle , clouds on the roof and a sun in between the room .

Month 9
Ahhhh izuku screamed I can't do it I can't come on bunny you can do this katsuki cooed a few more bunny come on just a few more todoroki urged suddenly they heard cries both of their babies had come to the world izuku sighed in relief , katsuki and todoroki held a boy and a girl  they gave them both to izuku ha their beautiful, just like their mother they both said in unison, izuku looked at both his alphas promise me something, they both looked at him , don't blame them , love them and watch them grow for me , he said as his heart monitor flattened.
