Failing The Sea

A single move shattered iced strings
Marks now open to the wind
Taking deep breath the sea is calling me again
Life with its tornados and tides
And heartache

Failing the Sea meant letting go of life
I refuse to do so
My strings are no longer played
One rock from me to the sea
Your hurdles will not stop me
Nor will they damp my courage

My feet though shaking after knowing life
My heart though is still racing
Still aching
A mind that can't give up its insecurities
With all of those, I am standing against the wind

With those thoughts,
I throw a rock to the sea
I am visiting you once again
This time
Strings of the past won't restrain me

Deep breath

Here we go to the sea again with two rocks left in hand
