MY ANGEL

It's been two weeks since Elsa Halverson married Jeremy Callahan.

And there are no words to describe this union so far.

The only thing one can say is that, it was two strangers in a house. They barely saw or talked to each other.

This is mostly because Elsa would intentionally stay asleep until he left for work in the morning. And then lock herself in her bedroom the moment he came back in the evening.

The less they saw each other, the easier it would be on Elsa. She was already a little afraid of him.

This evening, she decided to go to April sea and watch the sunset. She sat on the sand next to the sea with Gwen's ashes in her hand. She crossed her legs as she quietly stared at the waters for a while.

She still felt she couldn't spread the ashes yet into the sea. Not just yet. She had to first find Gwen's killer, or killers. But where would she start.

"So Gwen," she said after good minutes of quiet. "You were suppose to marry a billionaire and you didn't think to tell me?... Was I not going to be on wedding guest list or what?" She joked as she talked to the ashes as if it could hear her.

If only she was still alive so that Elsa could scold her about everything and demand answers for so many questions.

But, the dead are gone, never to be seen again.

The death of Gwen really took a toll on Elsa. Her heart is still bleeding uncontrollably.

The wound was still fresh. The pain was still the same as the first day.

There are only two ways to deal with pain. Either you bear it until time heals your heart, for time is the master healer of even the deepest wounds.

And the other option, is to commit suicide.

But, since the second choice was not an option for Elsa, no matter how much she wished for it. How much she wished to follow her sister and mother, she had to hold on as best as she could.

Let her sister rest in peace. And she will only be when her killer is brought to justice.

"What is going on Gwen? Why am I suddenly you? Who is creating this situation and dragging me into it?.. If it's true that the dead can help guide the living, could you please guide me?... Show me what is going on? Why this is going on?... And how to get myself out of this?"

The only thing that Elsa got as an answer was silence. Well, of course, Gwen will never answer her again. At least not in this life.

"The dead cannot help you, but I can!" A voice came from behind Elsa all of her sudden startling her. She turned around and spotted Victoria behind her.

She was dressed so elegantly. And even when coming to the beach, she had heels on.

Elsa got up while holding the urn in the hand looking at her curious. Did she follow her here? Why is she talking to her? What does she want? Does she hate her because of marrying her fiancee?

Victoria only gave her a smile and said, "Hello Elsa!"
