For anyone wondering “where in the hooha is chapter 8,” listen.
          	I have the outline. I just need to work on dialogue and pacing.
          	But I also just got 4 wisdom teeth removed so I am in PURGATORY. Literally felt like they ripped the tooth right off my jawbone. No laughing gas, only numbing needle.
          	
          	So I’m just needin’ some time. Thank ya thank ya.

          	  But actual truth be told, I didn’t feel pain for it. But it just feels VERY weird. And everyone’s dentistry and everything is different so yours will probably handle yours better than mine. 
          	  On the bright side they were like “oh usually an hour.” I swear I was outta there in like 20 minutes. It was crazy.

If any of y’all see this, Chapter 7 is still in the works. …And it’s NOT because it’s a long one. I can tell you that right now.
          I’ve just been getting distracted and sidetracked.
          I “kinda” wanna revive some of my dead other media accounts like Insta. I even JUST got a tumblr (even THOUGH I’ve known about it and what’s usually on it for YEARS). But yeah.
          I kinda wanna make memes of my own story and also teasers for not yet made chapters. Or even go back to other chapters and make a crappy, dumb “visual novel-like” thing for them. (I posted one for Chapter 6 just today). 
          
          Anyway, if you’re interested for whatever reason, I’ll leave my media names for Insta and Tumblr in the replies. Don’t expect anything. I CANNOT DRAW OR MAKE ART. Just… weird stuff.

            I JUST WANNA TALK ABOUT DAYNAP SO BADDDDD. I HAVEN’T TRIED TALKING TO ANYONE ABOUT IT. IT’S DRIVING ME CRAZY.

Thank you so much!
            I have “kind of” thought about it. But I feel like I need a lot more practice first. I have a few “original story ideas” of my own, but I’m trying to relax and let my creativity flow and strengthen first by going back to fanfic writing. The last time I wrote a fanfic was maybe 3-4 years ago, so now I’m trying to get back into writing with this new one! I never thought I’d fall so much in love with Catnap x Dogday at first glance, but it’s all I can think about now! So I have to stick to it!

Omg omg omg.
          Okay so if anyone sees this, this is at like 11 PM at night on like… the first of May.
          Was listening to music because that’s what I do. Music (no lyrics, just instrumental) and boom, get new ideas.
          I came up with another little idea for an entirely different… “story” with Dogday and Catnap. So if anyone reads this, this ISN’T RELATED TO THE ONE I’M CURRENTLY WRITING (*cough* A Drop of Light in the Night *cough*)
          But I just got some MEGA ANGST idea and it’s making me SO COMPLETELY SAD. BUT IT’S SO GOOD.
          Don’t know if I’ll ever write it but OMG I’M READY TO CRY ABOUT IT.

Omg I love your book so far!!!! When do you think the next chapter will be released? How many chapters are you estimated on writing?

I can also relate a little I have a smiling critters au fanfic I wrote. Instead of a book it’s like a series of episodes. I just finished season 1 and i plan on starting season 2 next month in may but a lot is going on that is preventing me from getting to it.

Thank you so much! As far as the next chapter goes, I can’t really promise it for this next/upcoming week. I do think it’ll happen at least by the one after. I keep thinking to have a Tuesday schedule, so probably not this Tuesday, but at least the next one. Just kinda busy as of late. 
            
            It’s funny but I’m not really sure how many chapters I need in order to do everything I want to do. Without spoiling, I personally feel we’re really only about 15-20% into the story’s plot though. I’ll probably go over that a little more in the next chapter’s author’s notes. So thanks for reminding me!
