Before the description I will point out this will kinda be like a classic betrayal story, the frame and everything which is kinda boring, but this story I will say that there is no one that will give a OP powers which ruins actually all betrayal stories

Izumi Midoriya was once a UA student but is now a villain on a hunt for revenge, 1 and a half a year ago her former class beat her up and let Bakugo kill Izumi's mother and adopted child, when the teacher come in while it was happening, they didn't stop them in a matter of fact Nezu let them off the hook and said this is what she gets for being a traitor, she was sent to Tartarus where she was been told she would stay there for ever, then the day when she turned 17 she was let out because of a man in a white suit and a hocky mask bailed her out and allow the man to torture her, the guards said that he have payed 10M yen to let her out and for her to come with him, till she was 18 she was tortured both psychically and mentally, while being tortured she was being tempted to be the monster she was ment to be by her other personality self, she finally when she turned 18 snaps as she kill the person that tortured, she went on a rampage on the prison she was in, she is now also on a hunt for revenge, now she goes by the name "The One-Eyed Queen: Nightmare Owl"

Izumi the detective (female deku)
In the last fight with the league of villains, Izumi risked her life to save her friends. And in doing so she died but was saved by a new quirk she received when she died. Her quirk brought her to America, when Izumi woke up she had no memory of her friends, family, or her childhood when she was in Japan. Izumi soon discovered that she had a love for mystery and murder cases. Seven years later she became America's number one detective, she has saved thousands of lives and she couldn't be any happier with her choice of being a detective. But when she has to help the heroes in Japan, her memories slowly start to return to her, and starts to develop feelings for one of the heroes. Will she remember her past in Japan and stay? Or will she just solve the mysteries or return back to America? Also I am making Izumi have black hair since it is a better color for her, Izumi is also not a obsessed fan over All might, she just looks up to him. I'm also making Bakugou nicer. No one could have thought that someone as pure and innocent as Izuku Midoriya would be betrayed by his friends who he thought that he could trust with everything he has been through. It all started when his first ever girlfriend, a girl named Mina Ashido cheated on him with his best friend Eijiro Kirishima in the halls of UA High. He gets beat up every day and treated like he was lower than dirt, he did have some of the teachers on his side. But the rest of the school would beat him up and make fun of him. He decided to leave the school and he collapses a mile outside of the school, he is then found by Ochaco Uraraka, the princess of Japan. She helps him and hears what they did to him, she is really upset; he tells her that its nothing. She reassures him that it is something and that she cares about him even if they only just met. Ochaco's parents tease her about her crush on Izuku and he also has a crush on Ochaco. But they wait until they have known each other for at least 3 months before starting to date. Also, during this time, they were working together to capture and stop the league of villains. Then after a year the two were engaged and they were very loyal to each other and loved each other wholeheartedly. The two were secretly married within the next 4 months, it was held in the palace and only a few people knew and were allowed to attend. The world was only told that the princess got married since Izuku's name wasn't released to the public. That is until Izuku got his revenge on UA (the people who betrayed him.) and showed them that he was stronger than ever and that he was also a prince.
