When she bumps into Tide Oshawott and introduces her parents to them, They go all haywire and demand he is removed from her life.

Only problem is these two are good friends, and her older brother one night finds out the truth of why their parents are so overprotective;

Dianna falls into depression, her parents blaming it on Tide. Tide, believing this, leaves for the greater good. This only makes Dianna's depression worse.
