When Captain Satu of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department heard of activity in a case closed 25 years ago involving the death of another police officer, she rushed to (unofficially) get involved. Follow Captain Satu around a modern day, dystopian Tokyo and watch a modern police department work to solve a somewhat easy case, with a complicated personal twist. This story is quite short, and was originally written for a school assignment, but I thought I'd put it on here while I'm writing my larger novel (spoiler alert; its also about police). Hopefully you can see thru the bad spelling and grammar and recognize an ok story in there somewhere. It was definitely fun to write and I'd expect Captain Satu and her crew to definitely return in future (hopefully longer) stories. I am not a cop and this book only depicts how I imagine the job to be in this made-up futuristic world.
