This is Behind the Porcelain Mask, a story set in the Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1899. Here I will share snippets, developing character designs, and more. Princess Amadea of the Austro-Hungarian Empire works a double life as an assassin behind the Palace walls. She sneaks out of the castle with her best friend, Barrett, who is a knight, and they pretend to be cousins. Amadea creates an alias, Aivie, a travelling trader who disappears from town a lot. While under that alias, she undercovers conspiracies, more targets to kill off, and most importantly, a Baker with a heart of gold who warms Amadea's Ice-like heart This is to expose my book to people interested while I work on it :) Cover is Made with Canva, any arts inside will use Ibis paint, all originals.
