First OC is a Pro Hero from America who comes to teach at UA. Along the way, he reconnects with a Pro Hero he has worked very closely with in the recent path, who has also become a teacher at UA. The other OC is the new classmate who will replace Mineta. Shinso is in Class 2-B. But, a group of Villains re-emerges after believing to have been defeated. Will our Heroes be able to stop them? Or has this group of Villains been planning too well for their revenge?
