Chloe wakes up in the hospital. She doesn't know where she is or what's going on. She doesn't know why she's there. But then, Chloe find out she has diabetes, which means she has to face her worst fear, needles, regularly. Thankfully, she has Reyna, a teenager with a condition just like hers who volunteers at the hospital, to help her out.
