My legs were forcefully buckled under me and I was brought to my knees. They let go of me and as I blinked away the blurriness I saw green. I brought my hands to feel it and looked around. The first thing I saw was the sky, the trees and the grass something I thought I would never see again. In my awe I finally took notice to amount of bodies standing before me, they all looked at me with either disgust or disinterest. The happiness I felt for that split second was replaced with dread. They were going to kill me, I failed their tests and now they're going to kill me because I'm no longer useful.

Scout had lived her whole life as a test subject, raised surrounded by children stolen from their families. She was unique, different even from the other kids, her ability something the scientists struggled to understand. Finally, to put her to the test, they give her a mission. To hunt down and kill the Avengers. Alone. Armed only with a gun, she lures them out, ready to kill. However, she realises suddenly that what she had been taught her whole life was wrong. The Avengers were the good guys. And she had just made them her enemy.
