The helpless look on Echo 2's face made her loosen her grip as he struggled to speak. "Kae-," he cut off to glance at the guards by the door before he spoke, "Kilo, look at me." There was more force in his voice than she would've expected from a man throttled on the ground. She looked at his face, and he looked into her eyes as if searching for something. Her mind bucked inside her, the traitorous thing. She shoved off and away from him, standing defensively before him. Echo 2 stood as well. "What have they done to you Kaela?" he breathed, obviously disturbed. For a moment Kaela was free, but in a eye blink she was gone again. Locked away in her own mind. Truth rang in her ears, but she could do nothing.

It is the year 3045 and people are creating human-weapons for the military. Street children are taken to the orphanage and are chosen by military leaders who take the children back to the bases where scientists experiment on them everyday.
