Long story short, you and a few others end up as toddlers. If you could, please choose where and when this happens.
Example: You and (Person of Choice) are hanging out at a cafe to study. You look out the window and you see a little kid who looks about three or four who seems lost. You go outside, and after asking a few questions and checking for their adult, you decide to bring them to the dorm rooms until you can contact their adult. Once you get inside, the kid starts crying and throwing a fit. In this tantrum of blind rage, their quirk activates. A few of the people around start shrinking, and next thing you know, they are toddlers.
This is only an example of what could happen. You won't actually know what could happen. If you chose to be at your house, the reason those people become toddlers would be different.
