Just clarifying, though you will probably realize as the series goes on, that I will write the title like this:

Will opened his eyes tiredly. A sense of relief and happiness rolled over him for some unknown reason. He looked outside and saw that it was pouring with rain and smiled. Will had always liked the rain, and the rain masked lots of sounds. Will took a deep breath, and he could smell the fresh rain outside
Overall, it was perfect.
With an extra skip in his step, Will walked out of his bedroom and into the Kitchen with a large, goofy smile on his face. The smell of coffee overwhelmed his senses and Will's walking became even faster.
In amazing speed, the boy sat down at the table of the cabin and watched as Halt made coffee, bacon and eggs. Halt turned around and raised an eyebrow slightly in surprise as he saw the young apprentice looking at him happily.
'You're in a good mood,' Halt said.
Will nodded enthusiastically. 'Yeah. I think it is because it is raining outside. The rain is so beautiful! It masks sounds, smells amazing, makes everything look better, waters the plants, gets water in the water ta-'
Will was cut off when Halt placed a hand in the air for silence. 'Woah! Woah! Calm down. All I said was that you were in a good mood.'
'I was just agreeing with you,' Will said happily.
Halt placed some coffee, bacon and eggs in front of Will, not taking his eye off of the boy who was quickly eating. Halt then remembered something.
Calom had said that Will would feel an Emotion each day. It was obvious what he meant now.
Today was Happiness.

Halt quickly sped over to the seven-person tent as Will drank the rest of his coffee and ate the rest of his breakfast. He noticed that the only people who were awake were Crowley, Gilan, Alyss, and Cassandra.
Halt told them to wake the others - which caused the ones who ha still been asleep to groan and moan when waking - and then quickly and quietly told the whole group about the fact that, today, Will was going to be exaggeratedly happy. They then heard the cabin door open and turned to see Will smiling and running towards them.
'Hello!' Will said happily. 'Why is everyone here, Halt?'
'Do you remember what happened yesterday?' Halt asked.
Will nodded and some of his happiness disappeared. 'Yes. Someone made me drink something. I had been meaning to ask, what do you think it was?'
Halt hesitated before answering, 'Everyday, you will feel one specific emotion strongly. That's the reason why lots of us are here. We are going to have to keep an eye on you.'
Will nodded. 'You know I don't need looking after, though. Right?'
Halt nodded as well. 'I know that, and I have complete trust in you, but emotions are really large strengths and weaknesses. Having one large, specific emotion each day will make it hard for you to focus. You'll need us, just trust me, OK?'
Will nodded. He then smiled. 'It can't be that bad, surely.'
Halt was very glad at this point in time that Will had been given the emotion of happiness first. He couldn't bear to think of what would have happened if it was sadness, anger, or fear.
The reaction to this news would be horrible!
Will then turned to look over at Tug and ran off to the little horse. He then ran into the stables and started to play with his horse without a care in the world. Halt watched and a small smile appeared on his face.
This might be fun.

After an hour of Will playing with Tug, Will came back inside to eat breakfast. He had a large smile on his face and it somehow grew wider when he saw all of his friends in the small living room.
'Hullo,' Will said to them happily.
'Hello, Will,' was chorused back to the beaming boy.
Will walked over to the kitchen where Halt stood. He noticed that his mentor was washing the plates of Will's friends and was also making Will breakfast at the same time.
'Halt, I can make breakfast for myself if you want,' he told his mentor.
Halt raised an eyebrow at the boy but didn't say anything about it. He nodded and moved aside for Will.
Will quickly set to work on the food in front of him. He then set down two bowls of porridge.
'I made extra,' Will told his mentor with a smile. 'Just in case somebody wants more.'
Halt gave a small nod. 'Good thinking.'
Will beamed at the compliment and quickly grabbed a bowl of porridge and a spoon and ran off to the table. He found Jenny and Gilan were having a conversation. As soon as he sat down, the conversation stopped and both Gilan and Jenny looked away from each other quickly.
Will just smiled at them and continued to eat the porridge with honey. Part of him wanted to know what they were talking about, and the other part of him didn't want to bother them, knowing that it was probably personal.
The latter won.
After Will had finished eating, he cleaned his things and then grabbed his bow and quiver. He then snuck out of the house to do some shooting practice. . .
In the pouring rain!
Halt watched from the window and sighed. His apprentice was going to get sick.
'What was that, Halt?' Horace asked the Ranger.
'What?' Halt asked, turning around.
'You muttered something.'
'No, I didn't,' Halt said quickly.
'Yeah you did.'
'No.'
'Yes.'
'No-'
'sshhhh!' Cassandra hissed to them.
The Ranger and Knight spun around to see the room watching them. There was an awkward pause before-
'That was embarrassing for you, wasn't it?' George said.
Halt scowled while Horace tried denial.
He should have known that wouldn't work when talking to George.
'I'm not embarrassed!'
'Well, sometimes it is a good thing to be embarrassed. It teaches people in a rather harsh way to not feel to proud of themselves. Pride is a terrible thing and so is embarrassment. Of course, One can become arrogant if they don't face too much embarrassment, but then again, if you aren't all that proud of yourself, you can sink into the world of self-doubt which can-'
'We get it!' Halt snapped.
George flushed slightly. 'Oh! Right. . .'
Halt sighed and looked back outside. He watched as Will shot at the targets, hitting each one dead in the centre.
That was, until Will sneezed while trying to shoot.
The sneeze was high-pitched and cute. There was a moment when nothing happened.
One. . . peaceful moment. . .
That didn't last long.
Soon everyone was pressed up against the window, trying to hear Will as he sneezed his cute sneeze again. Halt then decided to get up and go get the boy before his cold got that bad.
When Halt returned, the boy was coughing, yet there seemed to be a smile on his face as I did so.
'You got sick!' Halt told the boy while dragging him to his room with the others following closely behind.
'Yeah!' Will said. 'That means I can practice shooting while sick! It'll give me a lot of experience.'
Halt opened the door and placed Will on his bed. 'You aren't going anywhere,' he told his apprentice.
Will shrugged. 'Okay.'
Halt quickly grabbed some blankets and told everyone to go do something. Everyone quickly agreed. Jenny quickly went out of the room to go make a soup for Will, George started to write a story in hope to give Will something to do, and Alyss, Horace, and Cassandra decided to just hang out and talk to Will. Gilan and Crowley decided to go to the large tent they had and they finished off some reports.
Will was freakishly happy. It kind of scared everyone, even Halt (though, he didn't show it). Jenny even spilt some burning hot soup on the boy by accident and he just shrugged and laughed it off.
At the same time, they were kind of happy. They weren't looking forward to some other emotions that they could think of. . .
It soon reached the end of the day. Will was feeling better since he didn't really get that bad of a cold - though he did occasionally cough or sneeze, it wasn't as bad as it was before.
They then finished up and went to sleep.
Little did they know how they would wake up the next morning. . .
