Ellie's POV
"Hi can i get a 10 piece mcnuggets with a large fry and a large coke, and a small vanilla mcflurry, please?" i tell the mcdonald's worker he looks about 25 and has blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes. He's pretty good looking but he doesn't compare to Alex.

Did i just compare him to Alex?
Whats wrong with me? A Lot of things. Shut up mind
"Sure thing. That would be $10.84. Take out or eating here?" mcdonald's worker asks me
"Uhm... here i guess" i told him as i hand him a 20 dollar bill. I don't have anywhere else to go. I could go back to school but i don't want to. And i could also go to my current home but i don't want Aunt E knowing i'm not at school. Oh fuck, the school is most likely gonna call her. Ugh!
"Here you go" the man hands me my receipt and my coke. I love coke...
"My name is James by the way" hmm like my brother. Eh he's an ass. I don't understand him. Like why does he think blocking me is going to make it better? I am so confused by that.
I nod my head and give him a small smile
"Amanda" i reply back at him. You are probably thinking 'uhm you delusional child that's not your name' will i am not going to give him my real name. He could be a kidnapper. No offence.
"Beautiful name for a beautiful lady" hmm original. To bad that's not my name.
"Yeah... is my food ready?" i ask him trying to get away from him. I don't like his flirting... it's a turn off.
"Yeah sorry, i'll get to that" he tells me then scurrying off not before winking at me.

Okay now i'm bored. I look down to my receipt and notice 'james' wrote something.
'Call me later ;) 001-001-0001'
Ha. not gonna happen.
I crumble up the receipt and place it in my jeans pocket.
"Here you go miss Amanda" 'james' come up to me with my mouth watering food.
Yum (to the food btw)
"Thanks" i mumble and grab 2 barbecue sauces and head to a table.
I walk up to a empty table and start eating my nuggets.
I take off the top of my mcflurry and start dipping my frys in it... it's soooo good.
Don't say it not, because it so is.
I was done with my nuggets and still had my fries, mcflurry, and coke when someone comes up to me
I looked up half expecting it to be that James guy again but it wasn't
"Uhm hello?" i tell her but it sounds more like a question. The girl looks around 7 or 8.
"Hi!" she replies really happily.
"My names Abby Bec" she tells me. Still in her happy tone. Okay then.
"Ellie Anderson" her eyes light up at my name.
"Y-your name is really pretty!" she tells me stuttering at the beginning, weird. Oh
no. do i scare her?
"So Abby what brings you over here?" i ask her as i put my elbows on the table and rest my chin in my palms.
"Well i-"
"Oh my god. I'm so sorry for my sister" a deep voice cuts her off
"Abby come o- Ellie?" i look up to see the one and only... Alexander Bec
What is he doing here? Wait did he say sister? OH Abby said her last name was Bec... stupid me.
"Oh uhm... hey, Alex" i tell him a bit awkwardly. That's just because i'm awkward okay?
"What are you doing here? I thought you said you were going to school today?" he questions me. Why?
"I was at school. And i left because i got sick of it" i told him bluntly
He chuckles
"What's funny?" i ask him. Confused as to why he is finding this funny
"Oh nothing. It's just that the nerd skips school. Never heard of it" he tells me with sarcasm laced in his voice.
I ignore his statement and ask him a question
"Why aren't you at school?" i ask him
"Alex and I are having a sibling day. Next we are going to the movies want to come?" Abby answers my question. Awe they are having a sibling day! I don't want to ruin their 'sibling day' so i'll pass on the movies
"Uhm i don't want to intrude on your sibling day" i tell Abby. and it might be awkward with Alex...
"Oh come on, please. Alex won't mind. Right?" she questions Alex.
I look over to Alex and raise my eyebrow
"I don't mind if Ellie wants to come then sure" wait what? He wants me to come?
"Please Ellieeeee" Abby drags out my name, and gives my puppy dog eyes. Ugh who can say no to those? Heartless animals.
"Fine, i have nothing to do anyways" i give in
"Yay!!" Abby squeals

So the car ride wasn't awkward at all because Abby kept on filling the silence.
And we decided to watch the movie love, simon. Of course Alec didn't want to but it was 2 against 1.
It was a really cute movie and i could tell we all liked it even Alex
I check my phone to see what time it is and i see i have 21 unread messages. Oh fuck.
I click on the messages and see that most of them are from Aunt E
Aunt E- why did you leave school
Aunt E- where are you?
Aunt E- you can't just leave school!
Aunt E- Ellison Marie Anderson! Answer your phone!
And it basically goes on like that.
Me- sorry, i had a stomach bug so i left school.
I lied.
My phone buzzes so i check it again
Aunt E- Okay but you should have told me. And where are you? i want you home now!
Me- okay, okay. I'm coming
"Hey Alex can you take me home?" i ask him. I don't really want to go home. I would really rather hang out with Alex and Abby.
"No!! Do you have to go home?" Abby questions me.
"Yes my Aunt wants me home, abby" i told her. I really hope she doesn't ask questions as to why my aunt would want me home and not my parents
"Okay fine... but will you hang out again?" her voice is full of hope. Should i? Why the fuck not. Right
"Sure Abby, anytime" i tell her
"Promise?"
"Promise." i chuckle
"Yay!!!" she giggles
I turn around to alex to see that he has a small smile on his face.
Hmm i wonder what that is about.
"So can you take me home?" i question him again. He seems lost in thought
"Oh, yeah, sorry. Where do you live?" he hands me his phone to put in my address. Oh shoot whats my new address?
"Uh, hold on." i tell him. He looks over to me with a confused face on.
I pull out my phone to text my aunt
Me- hey what's you address? I forgot it
I turn to Alex to see that he is looking at me
"Sorry i don't know my aunts address yet" i tell him. He nods his head and looks straight
'Bing'
Aunt E- 198 sunnydale road
Me- thanks
I grab Alex' phone and put in my address and he starts driving
It gets really quite so Alex turns on the radio and 'there's nothing holdin me back' by shawn mendes just started. I got really happy... what shawn mendes is life.
Alex groans and Abby squeals she must be a mendes fan like me. Yay!
Alex reaches over to turn off the radio but i stop him
"Uh, uh, uh. This song is awesome!" i shout and Abby giggles.
I reach over and turn it up. And Alex groans. He doesn't try to turn it off. Yay

I look forward and i saw that we stopped and we were in front of my house
I turn to look at Alex and he was looking at me with wide eyes. Oh no what did i do?
"Wow Ellie you have an amazing voice" Alex tells me in shock.
Eh, i knew i had a 'voice' but i wouldn't say it was 'amazing'
"Oh, uh, thanks." i tell him. I unbuckle my seatbelt and turn to look at Abby
"Bye Abby, thanks for inviting me i had fun" i tell her. She is a little fun girl
"Your welcome! I hope we can hang out again, i really like you" she tells me. Aww she's so cute!!
"Sure anytime" i tell her and ruffle her hair. She gives me a big smile and yells 'yay' haha
"Bye Alex see you at school" i turn to look at him and he had a small smile on his face. What's up with him and smiling at us? Oh well
"Bye Ellie see ya" he tells me and gives me a nod.
I smile and get out the car and walk up to my house
I get to the door and see that it is already open
What? Who's home?
I open the door and i hear sounds coming from the kitchen. I i drop my bag down and take a shoe from the floor to use it as a weapon
I go to the kitchen door and i am about to open it when i start falling down
I look down and see that i tripped on a shoe. Oh great
I slam on the door and i fell in the kitchen. Great, now this mystery person will have a easier time killing me
Suddenly i hear laughing and i look over and see- "OH MY GOD!!!!!!!"
Abby's POV
"Alex i sooo approve of Ellie!" i squeal
Ellie is sooooo nice i am so glad i went up to her in mcdonalds! I was really bored so i was like 'hey let's make a friend' once she told me her name i knew that she was Alex' Ellie. I'm so happy she came with us! I hope she comes to see me again i really liked her. She kind of reminds me of Amelia in some way.
I did find it weird that she lives with her aunt but i remember Alex saying something happened with her family so i did not question it
"What do you mean?" Alex asks me. Hmm is he gonna act like i don't know. He kept on looking over to her the whole day
"I know that Ellie is the same Ellie you like, and i approve of her she is so nice!" i reply happily
"Thanks Abby but i don't think she likes me back" Alex tells me. Hehe he's so dumb!
"Sureeee she doesn't i can already hear the wedding bells" i told him as i giggled
"Abby shush" he reaches over to me and pushes my head back playfully
I look over to him and see that he has a smile on his face! He doesn't smile a lot since the accident with Amelia. If you can even call it that.
Anyways i'm off topic
He totally loves her!!!!!!!
