My eyes fluttered open to see Taylor slowly sitting up, rubbing her eyes.
Why the hell did she set an alarm?...
I groaned.
"Why are you up? Come back to bed"
She chuckled and turned around to look at me.
"It's 9:00"
"So?" I replied.
"So I have a few papers to grade"
I groaned.
She chuckled again as she leaned down and gave me a peck on the lips.
"Why can't you do it later?" I asked her with puppy dog eyes.
I grabbed ahold of her arm, pulling her closer to me.
"And do me now" I whispered seductively.
She smiled and groaned.
"That is so not fair"
"You know what's not fair? The fact that you just got up, and you already look that good. Do you ever not look like a goddess?"
She smiled, blushing.
"Shut up" she playfully pushed me.
"I'm serious" I said, successfully pulling her down, spooning her.
We sat in comfortable silence for a few moments, before she spoke up.
"Where have you been all my life?" She asked, so softly, I didn't know if she was asking me or herself.
"Looking for you" I whispered back.
I panicked for a few seconds. I didn't know if that was too much too soon for her, but she rolled over, smiling at me.
I felt myself smile back, taking her hand in mine. I softly ran my thumb over hers, basking in her softness.
I could stay like this forever, and always be happy...

"How was your weekend?" Blossom asked me as soon as we each other in the cafeteria.
"Really good" I grinned.
She smirked.
"I bet"
"Shut up" I playfully glared at her.
"Man, it's too early" I say as I rubbed my eyes.
"True" Blossom replied.
A few minutes later, Carter and Jake came into the cafeteria.
"Hey" Jake said as he came up to me.
Him and Carter gave me a hug.
"So, what are your plans after school?" Carter asked me.
Roper...
Before I could answer Jake spoke up.
"Yeah, cause we haven't hung out in a while and we wanted to go to the mall after school"
Shit...
I looked at the hopeful look on their faces and I instantly felt guilty..
"Yeah, of course we can go" I said.
As I said that, I felt a buzz in my pocket, and saw it was Taylor texting me.

Even though no one was looking at me. I looked around suspiciously.
I couldn't help but get paranoid.
Hey, babe. I replied.
I want to see you.
I immediately grinned..
"Who are you texting?" Jake asked.
I saw Blossom smile at me out of the corner of my eye
"Oh uh, just an old friend"
Carter looked at me weird but didn't say anything.
You got anyone in the classroom? I replied to Taylor.

I grinned.
"Hey, guys. I need to go talk to a teacher about a makeup test. I'll see you guys after school. Love you, guys"
We all said goodbye and I gleefully head towards Roper's room.
I opened the door to see Roper sitting at her desk.
I smiled at how beautiful she looked.
She was wearing blue skinny jeans with a cardigan sweater and her black boots.
She looked up at me from her computer and smiled.
I walked up to her, straddling her. Her hands came up behind my head and she pulled me down for a kiss.
I wove my hands in hair. I was in sheer heaven at the feel of her lips against mine.
I pulled away to regain some oxygen. Her eyes fluttered open to look into mine
She seemed to be deep in thought.
"Are you okay?" I asked her as I brushed a piece of hair away from her face.
"I love you"

I was frozen in place.
Did I just hear correctly?

I stared into her eyes for a few more moments, trying to come back into reality.
She was still staring at me. I could tell she was nervous. I saw some vulnerability and fear, I also saw hope.
In her and in me...
After my shock wore over, my lips turned up in a smile.
My hand went to stroke her face.
"I love you too" I whispered.
She mirrored my smile and wrapped her arms around me in a hug.
I layed my head against her chest and I heard her heart beating.
I felt at peace.
Nothing could ever ruin this moment.
I love her...

"Shit! It's almost time for 1st period's to start" Taylor exclaimed.
"Oh shit. I'll see you in last period" I gave her a quick peck and made my way to first period.

As the bell rung, I felt my heart beat pick up.
I couldn't believe she told me she loved me. I thought I was the only one having those feelings..

I walked into Roper's seeing my classmates, and for once I didn't feel like I was in a room with a bunch of idiots. I mean I was but I didn't care about it anymore.
There was only one thing on my mind..
I sat down. Just as the bell rung, Taylor walked into the classroom.
Looking angry as hell?
What the hell is going on?...
"All right, class. Get your textbooks. Read chapter 11 and 12, then you're done for the day" she said as curtly as possible.
Why is she mad??
She glanced at me, then looked away quickly.
I started to panic.
What could have possibly gone wrong between 1st period and 7th period...
I got the textbook out, but I obviously couldn't read right now, so I pulled my phone out and proceeded to shoot her a quick text.
Hey, what's going on? Are you all right.
I looked at her, and I could tell she heard her phone buzz but she ignored it.
WHAT THE FUCK?!?!
Tay. What's going on? Are you mad at me?
This time she picked up her phone and put it on silence.
Oh my god...
It felt like forever till the bell rang.
But it eventually rang. I waited until the whole class shuffled out, and I pretended to take a long time packing up.
I walked over to the door, locking it and turned around to see Taylor sitting in her chair looking at me.
"We need to talk" she says.
"Yeah. What the hell is your problem. One minute you say you love me, the next your acting like I don't even exist" my voice slightly raising.
She sighed.
I felt that sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach.
"Lance called me during 3rd"
Oh no...
"He found a girls T-shirt that wasn't mine beside the bed"
"Oh my god.. why didn't you just say it was yours?"
"I tried. He looked at our credit card bill just to make sure"
This is not happening...
I sat down next to her, putting my hands in my face.
"What are we gonna do?" I asked, as I rubbed her back.
She looked at me with tears in her eyes.

I stopped rubbing her back.
"No. Don't do that" I said.
"Lilly.." she croaked.
"No. Listen to me, Taylor. I love you. Please, don't do this"
She started sobbing harder as tears started pouring down my cheeks.
"He's threatening to kick me out if I don't end it"
"What? Are you kidding me?" I exclaimed.
"No and I have no where to go, Lilly. I don't know what I'm going to do"
I hugged her. "It's going to be okay, Tay. You can stay with me"
She gently pushed me off. "No, Lily. What are you gonna tell your mother? What if someone finds out?"
"Why does it sound like you've already decided what you're going to do?" I said, slightly angrily.
She looked at me, crying.
"I'm sorry" she sobbed.
I got up from my seat.
I couldn't hear anything but the blood pumping through my veins..
Tears were now streaming down my face.
I started walking towards the door when she spoke. "Lily"
I stopped and turned around.
"Fuck you, Taylor" and I left.
