Backstory- He has a little brother and his uncle got into trouble with the Capitol and was taken into prison so he now lives also with his 3-year old cousin who was left abandoned. His parents own a small shop but it doesn't quite bring in enough pay to feed five mouths, so he can go a while without food, his body is adapted to it.
