"You boutta head out dis bitch?" Gleesh asked as I stood up from the couch in his studio
"Yeah." I said, had to go pick up Onyx
"Ard, gang." He dapped me up and I headed out and drove to Onyx momma house
I parked by her car and got out with my phone and went up to knock on the door
Kobi came and opened the door, I stood there waiting on her move out my way. "Hello to you too, Mace."
"Wassup." I gave her a head nod and stepped in because she moved
I jogged up the stairs to Onyx room which was at the end of the hall. I just opened the door and she was standing in the full body mirror, poking out her stomach and holding it like she had a baby bump
She jumped and pulled her shirt down, but took a breath when she seen me. "You wanna be pregnant so bad." I laughed, pulling her by the arm
"Hmm.. hey." She sighed and wrapped her arms around me
"You ready to go?" I asked, looking down at her.
She was wearing a Gallery Dept shirt, black shorts, and socks
We had to go to three house viewings today, I was tryna get us moved in fast. I know she don't wanna move into my house and don't like having to stay at her parents shit for real
"Kind of." She leaned up on her tippy toes, holding onto the side of my face
She just looked at me. "You gon kiss me or keep staring?" I chuckled
She puckered her lips and I kissed them. I sat down on her bed, watching her
"I got us tickets to a football game." She said randomly, I furrowed my eyebrows
"What football game?" I asked, looking at her
"The Patriots and the Cowboys." She smiled at me
"Type shit." I nodded as she started to apply lipgloss on her lips
"That's all you gonna say?" She frowned, undressing since she was about to put on a dress
"That was random as shit, but preciate it." I said
"Mmm, better be appreciative." She bucked at me and I slapped the side of her face, soft as hell tho
Onyx shot me a bird and started to put on her shoes. I stood up and humped her just because she looked thick and it would make her mad
"Maceonnnn." She dragged, tryna hit me
I gripped her wrist and pushed her. "Do it again and we gon fight." She rolled her eyes, about to throw her shoe at me
"Calm down." I laughed at her
She put the shoe on and we left. She put the first house viewing in my GPS
"You ate today?" I asked, rubbing her thigh
"No, not really. I ain't been hungry." She sighed, leaning her head to the side

"Some grapes and water." She said, I mugged her
"You tried to throw water in there to make it better, we gon get food after this." I said, making her huff
She wasn't gon say shit because she know I wasn't gon be going for whatever bullshit was gonna come out her mouth
I pulled up to the house, looking at the surroundings. It was nice as hell outside and reminded me of one of the houses I be seeing in my neighborhood
I parked and got out, we went in and seen the realtor. I let Onyx talk, Ima just pay the bills
"Hi, hello."
I tuned them out until Onyx pulled me. We walked around the house, looking at everything. It was four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, island in the kitchen, two story, I just didn't like the design of the house and it was only a two car garage
"So, how do you guys feel about this home?" The realtor asked, smiling
"There's a beautiful floor plan as well and easy to renovate."
"Let me talk to him." Onyx sent a smile her way and pushed me backwards
"Bae, I don't wanna do this house." She held onto my arm
"Why?"
"Because when we have the baby, we always gonna have to pull them off the stairs, not enough bathrooms, and no pool." She said, putting her other hand on my chest
"How many bathrooms you need? And why you want a pool if we go'n have a jitt?"
"What, I can't have a pool, bae? I don't even care about the bathroom." She replied
"Yeah, you can have a pool. Come on and tell her that we finna look at the other two houses." I said and she turned around with a smile on her face
This lil girl got me wrapped around her finger
She spoke with the realtor, Mrs. Aully and she was understanding and shit, we went back to the car and drove to the second house
We pulled up and I seen that the house was two story. "Is you cool with dis?" I pointed out that it was two story
"Boy, at least come and see." She waved me off, clicking her seatbelt and started to get out
"Don't start." I shook my head
The realtor pulled up after us because I be speeding, it ain't even on purpose at this point. We made it in and she started showing us around
The house was five bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms, the upstairs was just a loft and the design was modern. I could tell that Onyx liked it, especially since it had a pool. Three car garage too
"Ion like how the toilets look." I spoke
"Sir, we could always work something out for you to install new toilets." Mrs. Aully said
"Yeah." Onyx nodded
"Mm, I guess." I shrugged
Me and Onyx stepped to the side. "What you think?" I asked her
"I like itttt and the upstairs ain't an upstairs for real, plus a pool. I like everything, the design better than the last one for sure." She said
"I guess, Ion like dem toilets. We gotta go see the other house."
"Ion want no one story doe, why you not feeling the upstairs?" I asked
"Because babies know how to go upstairs, but no down. We'll constantly be grabbing or yelling." She stressed
"Onyx, that shit gonna come in like two years. Why you thinking for far ahead?" I huffed, pulling her into my arms
"If we do get a two story house, then you gotta shut the fuck up and let me decorate everything. Also, you can't have a studio." She said, making me jerk my head back
"Who you posed to be? You ain't my momma, fuck." I mugged her
"I was playing about the studioooo." She dragged, laughing a little
"Yeah, aight. I'll let you decorate everything."
I followed behind Onyx back to Mrs. Aully. "We like this one, but want to see the last one."
"Okay, I had a feeling you guys would like it. If you guys have an eye for this one, this next one might be the one." Mrs. Aully said with a glow and a smile
"Alright."
We left and Onyx made me let her drive because she said it's embarrassing to make it at the house before the realtor, I ain't see how
When she was driving, we made it after the realtor and went
"Okayyy, we're going to start upstairs if you will." Mrs. Aully said
"Also, that house that you guys wanted to see is actually up for listing now. Would you guys like to see it?"
"Yes." Onyx said right away
Damn, can I say sum?
"Alrighty then."
She showed us around and it was the one for me. Two story, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom, all the rooms was big and the closets, a pool with a big backyard, the kitchen was big too and I love food, and a four car garage
"This the one, mama." I said in Onyx's ear as we stood in the garage with realtor
"Mmm." She nodded
"We really like this one, but still want to see the last house." She said
"Of course, of course. I'll forward you the address right now." The realtor said, pulling out her phone
They talked about the floor plan and how to maneuver around certain things if we was to renovate. We left after that and Onyx drove to the four house
This house was one story, I could see that from the outside. She parked and we got out, going inside the house behind the realtor
We were showed around. The house was four bedroom and four bathroom, a small jacuzzi, a big kitchen, the rooms was big too, the kitchen was aight, and it had a two car garage
"This ain't it." I pulled Omyx
"I agree." She said
"We're gonna go with the third one." She said to the realtor
"Okayyy, I'll give you and your husband a chance to talk over it a second or two."
I smirked to myself and we stepped to the side. "Bae, the third one ours." She said
"Mhm, I think so. Ain't that's like six hundred thousand?" I asked
"We really lucked up because with the way bills and housing looking, this really could've been eight hundred, but it's five seventy." She said, I nodded
"We want it." She told the realtor
"Alrighty, I'll have you guys sign a couple things and I'll get back to you after a little bit." Mrs. Aully said
Me and Onyx both signed everything together since both our names gonna be on the house
Onyx talked to Mrs. Aully for like five more minutes and I listened to see what was going on before we left
"What you want to eat?" I sped up
"Oxtails." She said
I drove to this Jamaican restaurant and parked in the parking lot. I adjusted my glock in my pants as we went in
"Wassup, welcome to Jamaican Jerk." The cashier said
"Lemme get two orders of oxtails with yellow rice, plantains, and fried cabbage." I ordered
"Huh, boy? You need speak the fuck up." She said, making me furrow my eyebrows
"Girl, the fuck. He said he want oxtails, yellow rice, plantains, and fried cabbage. I heard him loud and clear and I'm all the over here." Onyx said, pushing me back and stepping in with a mug on her face
The girl rolled her eyes, smacking on her gum and put in the order. "$31.82."
I paid in with a fifty and had Onyx get the change. "Keep it." I told her
"Boy, I don't want this." She laughed and stuffed it in my pocket
When the order got called, I had her get the food and we left. She ate in the car, but I waited until we got to her momma house
"Get my food for me please." She said as we got out
I got hers and my food, then we went in with her key and went straight to her room
Watching her change, I started to eat my food. "You looking too hard." She blushed
"Get changed, nigga." I placed my food down and put my gun on her dresser before taking off my shirt
"Here." She passed me my basketball shorts
I came out my jeans and put on the basketball shorts before getting comfortable in her bed with my food
"I'm finna take my food downstairs." She said, I nodded
Oni came back and got in the bed, she laid her face against mine as I ate
"You in my skin." I laughed
"Can I get a piece of yo' oxtail?" She asked
I gave her one of my oxtails and she ate it off the bone before putting it back
"Lil eater." I joked
"Fuck youuuu." She dragged
Her momma came into the room. "Hey- girl, get out dat boy skin." She spoke
"Hey, Miss. Aaliyah." I spoke, looking at her
"Hey, Mace."
She sat down on the edge of the bed, looking at Onyx. "So, your sperm donor has texted me."
I could tell that made Onyx tense up, so I moved my food and started to rub her side to ease her
"Saying what?" Onyx frowned
"He wants to meet up and talk to me."
"Ma, if you go and talk to him, then you don't have to worry about talking to me."
What is she talm bout? Ha momma ain't said shit about that
"I ain't even say that I was going to, I wanted to let you know. Calm down because I wasn't planning on meeting up with that man at all." Her mom said
"You have got to stop being so hostile with people when it comes to him with the people that don't mean you any harm, I understand what happened and I wish I could've did more, but it wasn't up to me. It was up to the courts, but I tried my best best to protect you and I will continue to. I'll never talk to Robert." She explained
"Ma, you right. I'm sorry, I'm just sensitive when it comes to stuff involving him." Onyx sighed
"Fuck dat nigga..." Her mom said, catching me off guard so I bust out laughing
