the last time she spoke to tyler was the first jail call she received
nobody knew how many months or years he was doing
"sha you listening?" she heard snapping out her thoughts seeing chaz talking to her
"hm?" Sasha said scratching her cheek
"we were asking you about the shop" madina said
"oh it's coming out great" Sasha answered with a lil smile
she was opening up a shop for her cosmetics company
"are you ok?" Kenzie said
"I'm fine I'm just tired I couldn't sleep lastnight" sasha Said

"are you gonna go to his court?" madina said

"i mean you guys did have argument the first phone call so" Chaz said with a shrug
"I'm having mixed emotions and he never called me after the first call so I don't know" Sasha said
"that's weird of him he been calling my mom tho" Kenzie said
"maybe it's cause his still mad but I don't care honestly tyler put his self in that predicament" Sasha said
"okay girl no need to throw shots at ya babydaddy now" Chaz said
"I'm not throwing shots I'm just tired of his shit" Sasha said
"well did you atleast try to call in for him?" Kenzie said
"no and I'm not going to" Sasha said
"come on now why not?" madina said
"because I know all we're gonna is argue" Sasha said
"it happens to a lot of couples it's something called building your relationship" Chaz said
"well his not building it at all our relationship is falling" Sasha said

"kenz It's been a whole week now" Sasha said
"I know but don't let that ruin your guy's relationship" kenzie said
"I'll try.." sasha mumbled putting her head down
she was really hurting again the love of her life was locked up and she was all alone with their 5 year old daughter
"what time is it?" sasha said with her head still down on the table
"it's two" Chaz said
"well that's my cue to go I have to go pick up nora from school" sasha huffed putting her head up
"you want me to come along?" Kenzie said
"no it's fine I have to go to the grocery store after so I'll just see you guys tomorrow" Sasha said grabbing her head and stood up
she waved at the three and walked right out the restaurant they were in
she walked towards her car and got in and just sat there quietly as her mind thought about a lot of things
she was slowly moving into depression one again
she snapped outta her thoughts and turned the car on and started driving

sasha moved the cart right infront of her as nora stood right next to her looking around aisles
"mommy I want sum sour patch kids" Nora said pointing to the candy aisle
Sasha started walking towards the candy aisle as the cart stood right infront of her
once they appoarched the aisle nora quickly ran around getting every candy she seen
"rara calm down.." sasha Said
"no mommy I want sum candy" Nora said picking up gummy bears
"only get two packs" sasha said
nora huffed going near the cart and taking out the other three packs she added
she left the sour patch kids and the twixs with a pout on her face
sasha sighed the added another pack of candy which made her face turn into a big smile
"thank you mommy" Nora squealed clapping her hands together
"mhm come on" sasha said walking to the chips aisle
she made sure to grab a bag of hot fries and dynamites
"mommy can I get this." nora said pointing to the barbecue lays chips
"go head" Sasha said
while sasha was about to walk she bumped carts with somebody making nora gasp right behind her
"I'm sorry" sasha said making nora snicker
"oh it's all good" a deep voice said making sasha look up seeing a boy making her face drop
a mug quickly appeared on nora's face making the boy mug her back
"what's your name you look familiar" the boy said
"uh.. adryan" sasha said scratching her cheek
"where you know my mommy from?" Nora said
"oh this all yours?" the boy said
sasha and nora didn't say anything but just stared at eachother confusedly
"sasha.." the boy said making sasha squint her eyebrows and so did nora
"uh how do u.." sasha said but paused once the boy chuckled
"it's me kai." the boy said as a smile appeared on his face
sasha face turned into a disgusted look eyeing the boy up and down
"uh ok?" nora said speaking for her mother
"so who your babydaddy?" kai said
"I don't gotta tell you if you already know who" sasha said scrunching up her face
"the nigga I beat up?" kai said
"you ain't beat tyler up." sasha said smacking her teeth
"yeah ight but aye I heard that nigga locked up tho for a rape charge or sum" kai said
"a rape charge?" Sasha said looking at him like she seen a ghost
"mhm is all over the internet" kai said
"he didn't get locked up for that at all stop accusing allegations" sasha said stepping up for her boyfriend.
she was mad but she was definitely gonna continue defending his name
"don't be lying on my daddy" nora said giving a lot of attitude
"what's gotten into your weird ass all I wanted to do was get to know you more" kai said shaking his head
"well you not gone talk down on my boyfriend's name and then gone accuse sum you don't even know about" sasha said
"my mommy isn't being your friend" nora said
"man tell your daughter to stop stepping into grown folks business" kai said getting tired of the little girl who kept speaking
"don't disrespect my daughter." sasha said
"ain't nobody disrespecting her she just gotta shut tf up" kai said
"you got no respect in you.. you need god" sasha said grabbing nora's hand
"yeah whatever" kai said smacking his teeth while shrugging
sasha turned around pushing the cart she was real confused on what the boy was doing in flordia when he mainly stayed in Atlanta.
"I got sum for y'all" kai said loudly making sasha and nora look back mugging him
"mommy what does he mean?" nora said while they continued to walk away
"uh I don't know.." Sasha said
she didn't at all.
