i started the conversation with a simple question, generally some people will think that it is a meaningless question but the motive is to start the conversation without revealing my intent beacause it will be revealed through halfway, people might claim that they like straightforward people but in reality all the human minds are same, they might differ by thinking but in a psychological way they are the same so directly getting to the point may lessen the trust or may make the other person see me like someone who is trying to control them, getting straight to the point means that you have the superiority and a control over the other person but the trust is above those things because trust is what establish control over someone, by asking this "meaningless" question i simply build a strong base for our conversation which will awake her trust in me which many students already do because they think that they can relate with me

I don't think that normal people can't grow up to be geniuses and I want to prove it, teachers are suppose to make a new path for there students a d help them to grow more than they are able to, as i see it, being a teacher is the most selfless occupation and I would like to do it myself and see someone that I have taught grow to much higher heights, class A gives you 100 percent employability rate but if you have your own talents and skill then you don't need class A, and I think students like horikita, matshushita, satou, sudou and a few more have them already. Instead of focusing on higher Class I should focus on students.
