Part 31
We spent almost an hour at the garden while Darlene was having a picture. I'm getting bored, kanina ko pa siya hinihintay na matapos. Ginawa na nga akong taga-hawak ng ilaw dahil dumidilim na. Nakakangalay rin ang ginagawa ko, ha? Kanina pa ako naghahawak ng ilaw.
"Baby, dito ka." Darlene pointed in front. "Para sakto 'yong ilaw sa mukha ko."
I hate to say this but... tangina, kinikilig ako sa unang sinabi niya.
"Mahal." She snapped. "Tulala ka d'yan." She chuckled.
I blinked multiple times before going in front of her where the photographer was. I pointed the lights on her so she could see in the picture.
"Sana all, supportive boyfriend."
I raised my middle finger. I put my hands before looking at the most beautiful girl I know. She was now smiling lovely on the camera, it took a three shot before it cut.
"Yes, tapos na!" She clapped.
"Not yet, Darlene. May ilang dress pa, for now let's change your outfit into a spaghetti strap dress and let's change your look."
Nakita kong napanganga si Darlene. "Hala, akala ko po tapos na?"
"Not yet, Darlene. Marami pa 'yan," Rafael said.
"Yeah, I'm really sorry. Are you bored now?" Tita Raya asked.
Umiling naman si Darlene bago ako lapitan. "Hindi po." She said, Tita laughed a bit at her answer. It wasn't convincing.
"It's fine," I said, I caressed Darlene's back. "Matatapos ka rin. Let's go, let's change your clothes." Kinuha ko ang mga gamit niya. Hinawakan ko siya sa kamay para samahan sa restroom. Ms. Portia gave her a dress that will she wears.
"Hey! Ano? Sasamahan mo si Darlene?!" Darius asked loudly.
"Of course not!" I answered.
He was still shouting loudly but I ignored him. Hindi ko naman panonoorin na magbihis si Darlene. I'll stay outside in the cubicle, that's all.
"Magbibihis lang ako." She tapped my cheeks. "Dito ka lang, mahal, okie." She got the dress from my hand.
"Okay, I'll stay here." I waited for a damn minute before she went outside. Hawak hawak pa niya ang dress.
"Mahal, taas mo nga." She was pertaining to her dress zipper. Tumalikod siya at tinaas ko naman ang zipper. "Pagod na akong ngumiti."
"It's okay, matatapos rin ang paghihirap mo." I fixed her hair. Hinalikan ko siya sa pisngi. "But we still have a picture later."
"Kaya nga, e, sakit na ng panga ko." Hinawakan pa niya ang panga bago tumingin sa salamin. Pinagmasdan ko siya habang inaayos niya ang sarili.
Ang ganda niya.
"Let's go," I said as we both heard a knock.
"What now, Nix? Darlene, lumabas ka na d'yan!" It was Darius.
I rolled my eyes. "Shut up." I replied, while Darlene laughed a bit.
Kinuha ko ang damit niya sa kamay para ako na ang magbitbit. When came back at the garden, they commented on Darlene's outfit. Nagsimula na ulit sila sa ginagawa, I was just watching her while she's doing the shot. She looks like a model... you know... she was wearing a damn red lipstick with her curls wet hair. She was wearing smokey makeup too.
Until it ends, sa kaniya lang ako nakatingin. Parang tanga sina Gavin, sarap ibato ng flower vase mismo sa harap nila. Nakakairita, panay ang asar. Hanggang sa wedding dress na ang suot niya. Mukha siyang ikakasal.
"Pwede ka ng ikasal!" Andrei teased Darlene, and Darius threw at him the plastic bottle. "Arte, ayaw pa, ipakasal ang kapatid niya."
"Fuck you." Sagot ni Darius.
"Nix, pwede mo na siyang itakas. " Siniko ako ni Dash. "Kami ng bahala kay Darius."
"We'll lock him in a storage room." Trevor added.
"Gago, ihahagis ko kayo sa impyerno." Darius said, looking at the magazine.
"Okay, position!"
Nilagyan ko agad ng lettuce ang bibig ni Gael. He's mouth was fucking dirty, napailing na lang ako habang pinapakinggan ang mga sinasabi nila.
"Hindi na nila kailangan magpakasal dahil kasal na silang dalawa!" Finn shouted, which made Darius stop.
"Fake news ka, Finn." Darlene rolled her eyes.
"Nix, paano ba 'yan? Hindi niya maalala..." Finn whispered.
May amnesia talaga siya kapag nalalasing. "She has amnesia," I only said.
Darius was looking at me, he was clueless. Hindi ko siya pinansin dahil nilingon ako ni Darlene, I smirked. Halatang naguguluhan pa rin siya pero nagpatuloy siya sa ginagawa.
After this, they prepared for the damn next picture. It was just like what Darlene did, we just took a picture with a damn suit. Ang ganda nga ni Darlene, mukha siyang mag-ooffice. Nothing happened while taking a picture. Tinapos lang namin 'yon.
Kumuha ako ng drinks. I stopped on the table where Trevor was. Nag-uusap naman silang lahat doon, about Ivan... I don't know what he's up to. Wala naman akong pakialam.
"Damn, it was so hot." I removed my blazer, I also removed my necktie and opened the first button of my polo sleeve.
"Anong oras tayo uuwi?"
"Later, we still have class tomorrow," Mavis said.
"Hala, oo nga," Gael said. "Sa GFS nga pala tayo papasok. Tapos may sinabi si Laureen kanina, Intramurals raw next next week. Inaayos na ng mga council ng GFS."
I forgot that... we are having Intramurals. It will be tiring for sure... it would have a lot of activities.
"Yes, walang gagawin." Renz drank the orange juice.
Kinuha ko na ang orange juice ni Darlene para makainom siya. Kinukuhanan siya ni Harvey ng picture nang tumigil ako sa tabi niya.
"Epal naman nito." She continued eating.
Ininom na rin niya ang bigay ko. Unti unting humangin nang malakas as we felt some water drop coming from the sky.
"It's going to rain, let's go inside." Pinatong ko sa ulo ni Darlene ang blazer ko para hindi siya mabasa.
Sa buffet place kami dumiretso para kumain ng dinner. But I headed to her room to get a slipper. Naupo na rin ako sa tabi niya para kumain. Dumating rin ang pinsan niya.
Darlene knows about his club but Reid doesn't let her go there because of the reason 'she's a baby'. I know the main reason, it was full of guys. Madalas doon pumunta ang mga magpipinsan na Valencia, Miranda Family's friend. I was there once, masyadong boring.
We went to our rooms after eating dinner. Darlene texted me that we will see each other in the lobby. I responded and called her, but it was only an eight-minute conversation because she was busy packing her belongings.
My phone beeped and I saw my brother and sister's name on the screen.
From: Preston
Kuya, someone wants to lose his dick.
What kind of fucking message is this?
To: Preston
The fuck? Fix your fucking message.
He replied.
From: Preston
Just go home, kuya. Just ready your fucking gun, sure akong may babarilin ka pag-uwi mo. I'm exhausted for fuck sake.
What the fuck is this? Napailing ako bago tingnan ang message ni Phoebe.
From: Phoebe
Someone wants to lose his life. Kuya, go home.
What the hell? Ano ba ang sinasabi nilang dalawa. Nagtanong pa ako pero daig pa nila si Darlene, siniseen ako. Gusto yata nila lagi akong last message. I had just finished packing when I heard a knock. It was Renz, saying we needed to check out now. I got my phone before leaving the room.
I saw Darius on the other door, holding a phone and looked frustrated. Nilagpasan ko siya para puntahan si Darlene sa kwarto niya. I was walking when I saw her outside of the room. Hawak niya ang bag nang lumapit ako.
"Bakit hindi ka pa nagpapalit ng damit?" I asked.
"Wala lang."
"I'll take you home." I got her bag.
"Huh? Kay Darius na lang ako sasabay." She held my arm. "Para makauwi ka na rin."
"Are you sure?"
She nodded. "Oo. Baka hinahanap ka na rin nila Phoebe." Yeah, I know... baka kailangan talaga ako sa bahay kaya pinapauwi na ako ng dalawa.
"Okay, but I'll fetch you tomorrow."
"Okie..." She answered.
We went to the lobby where the others are. Mga nag-iingay pa sila, e, aalis na nga lang. Sumunod kami sa kapatid niya dahil panay ang sigaw, ang akala yata ni Darius itatakas ko ang kapatid niya. Hindi ko ugali 'yon. I preferred kidnap. Tumigil kami sa kotse ni Darius.
"Call me when you got home or I'll call you." I kissed her forehead.
She smiled back before going inside of her car. I waited for them to leave. I went straight to my car. This day is exhausting, and I have a bad feeling something happened to the mansion.
Nang makarating sa bahay, mga bodyguards ang sumalubong sa akin. They were busy holding something. Fuck, what the hell is happening?
"What's happening here?" I asked as I entered the house. I put my car keys on the center table.
"Kuya! Good thing you're here!" Phoebe ran towards me. "Ate Lala's ex is here earlier. Pinalayas na siya ni Kuya Preston kanina." Tumango si Preston habang umiinom ng tubig.
Now I know why he's exhausted.
Nilingon ko si Tita na hawak si Lala, she was crying. "Tita, why didn't you call me?" Lumapit ako kay Lala nang kinuha ko ang tubig sa maid. "Here, drink this." I tapped her back.
"Because I know you, and I thought we can handle that guy kaso hindi pala. Kaya nga tinawagan ko na si Jin at ang mga bodyguards para paalisin 'yon."
"Good thing he left," I said. Binaba ko ang baso nang makainom si Lala. "But what exactly happened? And where's Jin?"
"He left, inasikaso para mawala ang files kay Sawyer."
I frowned. "Files? What files?" What the fuck? "And how did he find this mansion?"
"Boss, daig pa ang stalker ng Sawyer na 'yon." Kio, one of my bodyguards, gave me the ipad. "I mean stalker talaga, boss. Nasapak pa ako sa mukha." He held his face.
I saw the clip on the ipad. That fucker really knows this place, huh? There's a lot of clips of him watching Lala's move whenever she's outside. Lahat lahat ng clip na nakita ko nandoon ang ex ni Lala.
"Siya pala 'yong nagmamanman d'yan sa labas, boss," Kio said. "Tapos lakas pa ng loob magtanong kung dito raw ba nakatira si Lala. Pero ang sabi ko, hindi, e, 'yon hindi naniwala kanina kaya namilit kaya nainis ako—"
"Drop your story, Kio," I cut him off. "What does he want from you?" I glance at Lala.
"Makipagbalikan!" She shook her head. "Binablackmail niya ako." She stopped talking before looking at Phoebe and Preston. "Doon nga muna kayo sa kwarto niyo." Umakyat naman silang dalawa kaya binalik ni Lala ang tingin sa harap.
"That's the reason? And what kind of blackmail?" Tita Grace sat on the one-seat sofa, waiting for Lala's answer.
"'Di ba... naging kami tapos tinatakot niya ako. Hindi ko alam na lahat pala ng ginagawa namin noon ay vinivideo niya, may pictures din. Lahat lahat mayroon siya... tapos ikakalat raw niya... lahat." Lala cried again. "Hindi pa rin niya ako tinitigilan simula nang maghiwalay kami tapos ngayong alam niya na ang tungkol sa amin ni Jin, sinisiraan niya ako. Binabantaan niya ako na ikakalat niya lahat ng 'yon sa internet kapag hindi ako sumunod sa kanya."
"My god." Tita held her forehead in shock. "What kind of man is that? Parang hindi naging kayo sa inaasta niya, you trusted him a lot then ganito? That guy doesn't love you, sa inaasta palang niya ngayon halatang wala kang mapapaala sa kaniya. And the thing we need to do is to please him to delete those pictures."
"Paano nga, Mommy? Lahat nasa kaniya, isang post niya lang... mawawasak ang reputasyon ko. Tsaka, hindi ko talaga alam na may gano'n, araw araw pinupuntahan niya ako kahit na kasama ko si Jin. Iniiwasan ko na nga siya dahil pati ako nahihiya na kay Jin." She stopped herself from crying.
That fucker wants to die at an early age... he's testing my patience.
"He will delete that," I confidently said. "Because I said so, at nagkamali siya ng binangga." I stood up to go upstairs to get my gun. I will go to that guy to know his lesson but I will call my baby first.
I dialled Darlene's number while preparing my gun but she was talking to someone. Binaba ko ang hawak ko para matawagan siya nang maayos. It took a minute before she answered the call.
"Hey... who are you talking to earlier? I can't contact you." I asked.
"[Ah... w-wala!]" I can sense she's panicking.
"Are you okay?" Did something happen?
"[Ano... Oo.]"
"Okay..." I only said. "I want to make sure if you got home."
"[Nakauwi na ako. Ikaw?]"
"Yeah, I'm home now,." I replied.
I heard her yawning. "[Ano, papatayin ko na, ah? Maaga pa tayo bukas, e. Saka inaantok na ako.]"
"Hmm... Alright. Goodnight, I love you so much. Have a sweet dream, love." Something is wrong.
"[Oo na, love you. Goodnight.]" She ended the call.
I'm not convinced that she's okay. I texted Darius to check his sister. Hindi ko na hinintay ang reply niya. Dinampot ko ang baril sa lamesa ko para bumaba na. I saw the bodyguards waiting for me.
"Nix, where are you going and why are you holding a gun?" Tita Grace asked as she saw the gun in my hand.
"To Sawyer, I will show him what blackmail is." I went outside and bodyguards followed me. Kio sent me the address of that fucker.
Tita Grace was calling me but I couldn't answer, I'm getting pissed because of Lala's ex. I told Jin that I'm going to that fucker, he said he's on the way to my house to be with Lala. Hindi niya nakuha dahil ayaw ni Sawyer.
"Montalvan Residency," I said to the guard when I stopped.
The guard stopped a bit. "Sir, bawal raw pong magpapasok ng kahit anong bisita sa Montalvan Residency, utos ni Mr. Montalvan."
"I want to talk to Sawyer Montalvan right now," I calmed myself.
"Pero, sir, bawal po talaga," the guard insisted. "Tsaka, sir, bawal pong pumasok lalo na kung hindi kilala ng mga—"
"You know what, I'm trying to calm down here. I want to talk to Sawyer Montalvan, that's all." I cut him off. "Tell him, If he didn't let me go inside of this village. Pauulanin ko ng bala ang bahay niya, don't test my patience."
Walang nagawa ang guard kahit wala pa siyang utos na nakukuha. I stepped on my gas to get on that fucker's house. I stopped my car in the black mansion, my bodyguards went outside as I did. Basta basta ako pumasok sa loob ng mansion nila kaya natigil ang mga nasa loob.
Lahat ng mga naka-puting bodyguard ay tinututok ang mga baril sa akin, but my bodyguards pointed their guns too.
"What the fuck? What the fuck are you doing—" Sawyer stopped talking when I pointed my gun on his head.
"Oh my god." A woman showed up.
"I'm not here to have a fight with you, I want you to stop blackmailing my cousin," I seriously said while glaring at Sawyer. "And to those videos and pictures that you did while you were with Lala, delete that all."
He laughed sarcastically. "And why would I do that?"
"Bacause I said so, fucker."
"No, but—" I shot the big vase which made a big noise in the sala.
"Ikaw na ang isusunod kong babarilin kapag hindi mo ginawa, o baka gusto mong isunod ko 'to?" Tinutok ko ang baril sa batang babaeng bumaba. I can see the fear in her eyes. "Or her?" I pointed at his mother.
"Try me." A baritone voice said.
Lumingon ako doon. It was Sawyer's father.
I smirked. "It's my pleasure." I shot his shoulder.
"Francis!"
"Dad!" Sawyer shouted before running after his father but he stopped, nakatutok na ulit sa kaniya ang baril ko. "Fuck you! You're a devil."
"Yeah, Sawyer, I am a devil if someone hurts my family, my cousin, and my girlfriend. They are important to me just like Lala, she's important because she is my cousin, now if you didn't do what I said..." I hold my gun tightly. "You and your family will have a family reunion in another life."
"What the hell?! It's about Lala?! 'Yong tungkol sa videos at pictures na pinagkukuha mo?!" Mrs. Montalvan shouted at her son.
"Yes," I was the one who answered. "Kapag hindi niya binura 'yon, isusunod ko siya, right, Sawyer?"
"Delete it, Kuya... kawawa naman si Dad."
"Hey, she's pleasing you, what are you still doing? Is the file with you?"
He stopped for a second before speaking. "Put down your guns," he commanded his bodyguards. "Here."
Kinuha ko ang files sa kamay niya.
"I'm not trusting you, I want to know if you have a copy."
"I don't have any copy," He said.
"Then that's good," I smirked. "Don't you ever dare go near her ever again." I looked at his father. "By the way, I'm sorry, you will never die. Mababaw lang 'yan, I'll call a doctor to treat you. Let's go," I said to the bodyguards.
I got in my car and drove home. I parked my car when I arrived at my house. Dumiretso ako sa loob, nandoon na si Jin, holding Lala. Tita Grace was beside them.
"Here." I gave the files to Lala. "Delete that all."
"I know," she said.
"Huwag ka na umiyak, bibi." Jin kissed his girlfriend. "Gago talaga 'yon."
"Nix, what did you do?" Tanong ni Tita.
"I went to his house, pointed my gun at him, his family showed up and I shot his father."
"What? You shot his father?" Tita Grace asked, shocked.
"Yeah, he said, try him then I did."
Napailing si Tita. "You shouldn't do that."
"But he said so," I said. "I'm going upstairs now, I have a class tomorrow." I excused myself at them, so I can rest now.
Nang dumating ang umaga, naghanda lang ako para pumasok. I already ate breakfast. Nag-message ako kay Darlene at nag-reply naman siya.

Good Morning! See you at school!
Huh? See you at school? E, susunduin ko nga siya. Umiling nalang ako bago tingnan ang mga papel na iniwam ni Laureen sa akin. It was some papers para sa temporary school namin. Tinabi ko nalang 'yon bago tuluyan lumabas.
Nakatanggap pa ako ng message na kailangan ko raw ibili ng food ang mga stockholders. Wala naman akong choice kung hindi ang gawin.
Nang makababa, nandoon silang lahat pero sinabi kong kumain na ako ng breakfast. Sinabihan ko rin si Lala na huwag munang pumasok ngayon dahil kailangan niyang magpahinga. Nagpaalam muna ako bago tuluyang lumabas.
Sa kotse agad ang diretso ko para puntahan na si Darlene. We just headed to McDo later before we went to School. I stopped my Tesla in front of the gate. I went outside to see Darlene. Kakalabas lang niya ng bahay.
"What? Isang School na lang tayo ngayon kaya sa—"
"Bye, Darius!" She cut her brother off. "See you!" She went to my car before going inside when I opened the door for her. Pumasok na rin ako sa loon para pumunta sa mcdo drive thru.
"Did you eat breakfast?" I kissed her forehead.
I think someone called her last night. I want to know who that was. And to her voice, she was panicking.
"Syempre naman."
I nodded. "Can we go to drive thru first?"
"Hindi ka pa kumakain ng breakfast?"
"Kumain. But, it's for old person. Utos ni Laureen." Sagot ko. "Okay na daw ang drive thru kaya mag-mcdo na lang sila." I started my engine before putting my hands down to her thigh.
Nang makabili kami ay sa School agad ang diretso namin. Binigay ko ang pagkain sa taong naghihintay sa amin. Kinuha ko rin ang bag ni Darlene dahil nakalimutan niya, she was focused on her food but she was still amazed at this School.
Pumunta kami sa iba. Inikot ko ang paningin at nandito na rin pala si Darius. He was talking with Iris. I suddenly remembered what he told me before. Inalis ko ang tingin sa dalawa para tingnan si Darlene.
Harvey showed up, saying Sir. Lazarus was looking for me. I gave my bag to Darlene, I gave her a soft kiss but they covered their eyes which I rolled my eyes. Iniwan ko na silang lahat at dumiretso kung nasaan si Sir. Lazarus.
I don't know but he grabbed my necktie. His eyes were serious while looking at me.
"Aw, what was that for?" I asked when he let go of my necktie. I fixed my uniform. I loosened my necktie too.
"Nix, shooting someone outside of the organization is forbidden, right?"
My brows furrowed. "It's about what I did last night?"
"It is, you know Mr. Montalvan? He is close to me and told me about what happened, I just cleaned your name."
"Then thank you, and if his son didn't do some shits, hindi nila mararanasan 'yon. Especially that fucker," I boredly said.
"Kahit na, balak pala nilang sampahan ka ng kaso." He shook his head.
"Case, huh? As if I'm scared. Baka sila sampahan ko ng kaso, my name is truly clean. What about them? Especially Sawyer? What if I find something that will destroy him and his family?"
I can do that, I can destroy him whenever I want. They should be thankful dahil 'yon lang ang ginawa ko, I didn't involve their company, or other businesses dahil babagsak talaga sila sa gagawin ko. I can put them down whenever I want.
"Just don't do it again, Nix. Damn it."
I rolled my eyes at him and ignored him.
Sinulyapan ko si Darlene, she was laughing with the boys. May sinasabi yata na kung ano si Gael pero tinakpan ni Harvey ang bibig niya. He pushed Harvey and his face was disgusted.
Dumiretso na muna ako kung nasaan si Darius.
"I told you not to kiss her on the neck." Darius almost threw me a monoblock chair, he looked so irritated.
"You are just bitter," I said. "By the way, I heard some familiar voices when I was drunk. Kaboses niya ang ex mo."
"Excuse me? I don't have an ex, I'm not considering Lara as my ex."
"Okay, but I still do what I want to Darlene well except for that 'thing'. I can't do that," I said as we both heard talking on the microphone. "Ayoko pa maging ama, Darius. Hindi pa bagay sa akin 'yon."
"Well, that's good to hear. At least hindi ka mawawalan ng karapatan mag-anak."
Umirap ako. Nilingon ko siya, nakatingin siya sa harap. I put my hands on my pocket, going straight on the back of the Principal. While Darius was on my back.
"Nix, did Iris and Darlene see each other?"
My brows furrowed, I looked at him. I shook my head. "No, kanina ko pa sinusulyapan si Darlene and I can't see that they see each other." I hope Darlene is comfortable while she's here, and I hope Iris doesn't do some shits thing towards Darlene.
"Then that's good, because honesty... Iris has been a bit irritated to her ever since she found out about your girlfriend."
Binalik ko ang tingin kay Darlene.
"But I won't let Iris land her hands on Darlene. Never." I'm respecting a woman, and I'm calming myself not to just hurt a woman but if Iris did some terrible things to Darlene. I don't know what I can do to her.
Tinitigan ko si Darlene habang kausap niya si Laureen, Hindi niya napapansing nakatingin ako pero nang makita kong mag-angat siya ng tingin, hindi ko siya tinigilan. I continued staring at her. She stared back but when I winked she looked away. I chuckled at her reaction. Pero tumigil ako nang makitang hinampas siya ni Harvey.
Puputulan ko talaga ng kamay 'to kapag ako nainis, he kept on doing that. Halatang nasaktan si Darlene pero hindi na siya nagsalita. Siya lang ang pinapanood ko habang may nagsasalita sa harap.
Until the Principal finished talking, Finn and others went to the music to pick a song while Darlene went upstairs. Kinuha ko ang vacant chair para umupo siya sa tabi ko.
"I told you, change your uniform," Darius said.
Bumaba ang tingin ko sa katawan ni Darlene. She was sexy though, well her skirt was too short, her uniform is fitted but she's sexy.
"Wala na nga kasi akong uniform sa closet." she replied. "Last na 'to."
"Edi maglaba ka."
"You know, how to wash clothes?" I raised my brow, looking at Darlene.
"Aba, syempre! Anong akala mo sa akin, hindi marunong? Marunong ako maglaba."
Wow, lahat yata talaga kayang gawin nito. But I don't know if she can do cooking, lalo na ang ginawa niya sa pancit canon. Ginawa niyang lucky me noong sinabi niyang nagluto siya, she chatted me that.
Sumandal ako at hindi pinansin ang sinasabi ng mga nasa harapan ko. Naupo naman si Darlene sa tabi ko, pinipitik niya ang kamay ko. I was touching her soft thigh.
Nilapit ko siya lalo sa akin.
They didn't stay in the music area, they went upstairs and Gianna introduced Darlene to her friends. Hawak ko si Darlene habang busy siya sa pagtingin sa mga babae sa harap niya. Iyong tingin niya parang iba... I mean, you know she's looking from head to toe before nodding a bit. What is she thinking right now?
"Siguro kung ako ang tinitingnan niya baka manliit ako." Gavin whispered.
His friends nodded secretly. "Ganda ng bebe ni Nix, ano?"
Tinuon ko na lang kay Darlene ang paningin hanggang sa nagyaya sila sa food stall pero pumunta pa muna kami sa classroom para ilagay ang gamit.
Napapansin kong may dinadamdam si Darlene. Is she alright? Tiningnan ko ang calendar niya and it's her red day! Kaya naman pala parang may dinaramdam siya, iyon pala ay masakit na ang puson niya.
Ako na ang nag-volunteer na bumili at ang hindi ko maintindihan ay kung bakit kailangan pa nilang sumama. I list down on my first ang mga kailangan ni Darlene.
Sumunod agad ako sa iba para bumili ng kailangan niya. Tumigil ako sa food stall para hanapin si Darius, but I couldn't find him so I just went straight to my car. Pumasok agad ako sa loob pero nilingon ko ang pinto sa shotgun.
"I don't want to waste my gas."Harris sat on the shotgun seat. Not just him, Mavis, Trevor, and Dash went inside too.
"Same here. Tutal girlfriend mo naman siya. Dito na lang kami." Dash said while nodding.
We went to the mall while they were looking at some things in my car! Si Darlene lang may karapatan magkalkal sa kotse ko.
"Si Darlene lang ba sumasakay dito?" Trevor asked.
"Of course." Si Darlene lang. "Tsaka, 'wag nga kayong mangialam. That's Darlene's belongings."
"Wow, may gamit na rin pala siya dito. Ito kanino 'to?" Harris raised a damn lip tint or lipstick? I don't know.
"Kay Darlene 'yan, iyong mga binigay ni Tita Serine sa kanya. Stop getting her things, Harris."
"Nuxs, may picture rin pala kayo dito-teka kailan 'to?" Dash was holding a picture.
"When Darlene and I went to the timezone. Put that back on Darlene's album." Nakakabwisit ang mga 'to, kinakalkal ang mga gamit sa kotse ko.
"What about this cute teddy bear?"
"Lahat ng 'yan kay Darlene, that's all." I answered.
Nakakaasar panay ang kuha ng gamit ni Darlene. We went to the watsons when we got to the mall, sa pads sections agad ang punta namin. But fuck! I was too stunned when I saw this damn pads
"What the fuck?" I was looking at the whole pads. "What kind of pads?" I scratched my forehead. "She didn't tell me."

"Gago, ang dami pala nito!"
"Anong bibilhin natin?" Finn asked.
They were holding a lot of baskets. Tangina, hindi ko alam kung anong bibilhin ko. May iba't iiba palang uri ng ganito.
"Tangina, may with wings o wala?" Tanong ni Dash.
"I don't know. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang ginagamit niya." I was looking a kind of fucking pads, and I don't know what would I buy. "What's this?" I got the other one and read it. "What the fuck is difference between with and without wings for fucking hell?" I cussed when I saw the two.
Tangina, ano bang nangyayari sa kanila kapag may wings?
"Bakit kasi kailangan may wings pa? May wings din ba ang ano ng mga babae?"
Napailing nalang ako. Nakatingin ako sa iba't ibang uri ng pads habang nag-iingay sila. Hindi rin nila alam ang bibilhin. Gulong gulo na ako kung ano ba ang ginagamit niya. Nahihirapan akong pumili dahil may mga wing and without, ano ba ang pinagkaiba nilang dalawa?
"Damn it. Let's buy this all!" Lahat na lang para hindi na rin siya mauubusan kung sakaling mag-red days ulit siya.
"Ito pwede?" Gael showed the pampers.
"Gusto mong sa 'yo ko, ipasuot 'yan?" I asked, irritated.
I left them so I could pay these pads, men... I don't like their stares. First time kong bumili nito pera parang kay Darlene... it's fine. It wasn't embarrassing though, bumibili lang naman ako. Ang hindi ko makaya, ang tingin nila.
"Sir? Lahat po ba ito?" The cashier asked.
"Yeah." I answered. "I don't know what kind of pad she wears so I bought all types of pad for her."
She nodded.
"Kayo sir?" She looked at Finn.
"Ay, hindi po ako nagnanapkin." Finn answered and the fuckers laughed.
"Ang ibig ko pong sabihin ay may babayaran po ba kayo?" The cashier corrected her question.
"Ah, wala." They laughed so hard. Nakakahiya talaga minsan kasama ang mga 'to, ang lakas nang tawa. Napapatingin ang iba sa amin.
I paid almost one thousand for only these pads. I was about to leave when I remembered something, her lower tummy is aching because of her menstruation.
"What is an effective way to get rid of her stomach pain?" I asked. "You know... cramps... I guess?"
"Pain reliever and heat pack, sir."
I nodded and gave the paper bag to Finn. I told them to wait for me in the parking lot and they did. I bought a fitted dress. 'Yon na lang, bagay naman 'yon sa kaniya. I bought her undergarments too before going to the parking lot.
Binilisan ko nang magdrive dahil baka naiinip na ang Prinsesa. Wala siya sa classroom kaya dumiretso ako sa restroom. The door was closed but I went inside before closing it again.
"Miranda..." I called her.
"Velasquez, ang tagal mo." Bungad niya. "Mag-utos ka na lang para maibigay 'yan dito."
"No need, I'm here now." I knocked on the last cubicle.
"Bawal ka rito."
"I don't care. Here is what you need."
She opened the door before she looked up to me. "Bakit umabot ng dalawang paper bag 'to? Isa lang naman ang kailangan kong pads."
Hindi ko po alam ang ibibili sa 'yo.
Napakamot na lang ako sa noo. "I don't know what kind of pads you wear so I bought all types of pads in Watsons. You have modess wings... without. Whisper with wings and without..." I got the one from the paper bag. "And this... carefree? What pads do you wear?"
"Modess." The heck, modess pala ang gamit niya.
"Okay, at least I know what pads you always wear every time you have red days. But, baby, does it have wings or nothing?" Tumingin ako sa kaniya. I am really confused! "Because I was really confused. I don't know what's the difference between wings and without pads. Is it comfortable with wings? According to Mavis, with wings pads are really comfortable. Is it true?"
"Alam mo, love, ang daldal mo," she commented. "Hindi umaalis sa pwesto ang pads kapag may wings kaya maganda 'yon sa pakiramdam."
I nodded. "Okay, how about—"
"Hush." She cut me off. "'Wag ka na magtanong... Pero ang dami nito."
"It's fine, at least hindi ka mauubusan," sagot ko. "And also your clothes. It's a dress, mahal. I don't know your type, so I bought this one." Pero mas gusto ko talaga na magsuot siya ng ganito, ang sexy niya kasi. Bagay sa kaniya. Maganda pa.
"Gusto mong sapakin kita?" She raised her fist. "Bakit ayan? Spaghetti dress 'yan!"
"Hmm? What's wrong with that?" Hinarap ko ang dress sa kanya. "This dress is beautiful but I know it will be more beautiful if you wear it. Ang ganda mo kaya sobra."
She held her cheeks, I saw how she blushed.
"'Wag ka na kiligin..." Mahina akong tumawa. "Change now, I'm gonna wait here."
"Hindi pwede. Lumabas ka."
"Hindi kita sisilipan! Saka, wala namang kasilip-silip sa 'yo." I smirked.
Nahampas niya ako. "Gagong 'to. Lumabas ka na kasi!"
"Promise! Dito lang ako." I sat on the sink, looking at her. "Change now. Wait, you forgot something. Miranda, baby, hey, you forgot my thank you kiss-."
"Sapak gusto mo?" She went inside of the cubicle. "Sinasabi ko sayo kapag hindi ka lumabas, hindi kita papansinin hanggang sa mamatay ako." Nagsisimula na siyang mainis.
"Okay! Okay! Lalabas na!"
Bumaba ako para dumiretso sa pinto pero hindi ako lumabas, I locked the door before leaning my back against the door. Hinintay kong matapos siya, hindi naman siya matagal dahil lumabas rin siya agad. Gulat pa siya nang makita ako.
"Akala ko ba lumabas ka na?"
See? Ang ganda niya sa dress na binili ko. I could see her flat tummy and her curved body. "Who said I left?" Lumapit ako. "Let's go." Hinila ko siya palapit. "Damn, you're so beautiful."
Hindi siya sumagot at basta basta lang umalis kaya naiwan ako pero sumunod agad ako.
"Hey, wait!"
Bakit niya ako iniwan? What the hell? Wala naman akong ginagawang masama tapos naiinis siya. Naglakad na lang ako para sundan si Darlene.
"What happened to you?" Darius asked, he's here.
"Darlene's day," I only said it before I entered the classroom. May pinag-uusapan sila at inis si Darlene.
"What the heck?" Darius asked.
"Mama mo heck." Darlene answered. "Hoy kayong lahat bakit ang dami niyong binili? Ubusin niyo lahat 'yang pads na 'yan, ah!"
What?! Kinakabahan na agad ako sa araw na 'to, ah? Baka kung anong gawin niya. Nag-aya ang iba na pumunta sa food stall para kumain. Tumayo rin si Darlene kaya sinundan ko siya.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"Sa tabi-tabi lang." I caught her wrist when she passed by in front of me.
"No." I insisted.
"Yes," she said.
"I said, no."
"I said, yes." She mocked me.
"Darlene, I'm not joking." My patience is long, si Darlene 'yan, that's Darlene, so my patience is long.
"Hindi ka naman kasi talaga si Joking."
My patience is long when it comes to Darlene. "Damn it, just listen to me, okay?" I let out a sigh. You are so stubborn, baby.
"Saglit nga lang kasi 'yon. Gusto mo sumama ka pa, e." Hamon niya.
"Let's go," hinila ko agad siya para pumunta sa parking lot. "I want to be with you, actually." I held her waist.
But we won't go to your wants, baby. We will spend our day in my condo. Because that's what I want, spending time with her it's the best thing to do.
