Anyway, here's this chapters summary: Stories are told, old friends reunite and a plan of attack is on its way.
Anne’s POV
“After we found out that Andrias was a bad guy, we had to fight him. Marcy managed to get the portal open but things went south from there. We got to the portal in time but Sasha was on the other side of the room and before Marcy could get to the portal, something bad happened… I’d rather not talk about it.” That moment still haunts me 24/7.
"Well, what happened afterwards?" Willow asked.
"The box closed and we got sent back to Earth with no way back to Amphibia. Ever since then, we’ve been trying to find a way back there. That’s basically how we got here from start to finish. But hey, we made some progress, now we know that we should look out for different dimensions that exist.” I looked at the huge poster on the wall behind us that was framed like a prized possession. It was almost exactly like the one I saw but it only had King and Eda on it. ‘Eda The Owl Lady… Reward, one trillion’ that’s a lot for just one person. I looked at Eda and pointed to the framed poster. “So why don’t you tell me about how this happened and why you guys are the most wanted people.”
“We’re technically not criminals, more like outlaws,” Eda said.
“Doesn’t being an outlaw count as being a criminal? And isn’t being an outlaw a bit more serious than being a criminal?” Hop Pop questioned.
“Not in my book,” Eda said, pointing her thumb to her chest. “Anyway, we have this system called the coven system where if you don’t join one you immediately will be accounted as a wild witch and according to Belos, that’s “illegal”.”
It’s kinda obvious at this point why she is a criminal. “So let me guess, you're not in a coven?”
“Exactly!” She exclaimed.
“That still doesn’t explain why your bounty is literally one trillion bucks.”
“That’s mainly because I’ve been running from the law for more than 30 years and I’ve done quite a bit of illegal things during that time.” I don’t want to ask what are the things that she has done but I am tempted to know. For a most wanted criminal, Eda isn’t as bad as I thought. Normally people who aren’t best friends with following the law are red flags but Eda has a different vibe to her. Luz isn't bad at all, she's just a ball of energy ready to explode into a rainbow. To think that Hop Pop was stressing about whether or not they might kill us if they find us.
“And a few of the reasons why I'm there in 'Owl poster 2.0'…” Luz said pointing to the poster that contained her in the photo. “is because I’m associated with Eda and I may have fought the Emperor once trying to save Eda from being petrified… chipping off a piece of his mask in the process.”
“WAIT YOU WHAT!!” Amity’s head shot in Luz’s direction with a look of both shock and worry.
“And I forgot to tell you that…" Luz chuckled. "my bad.”
“So let me get this straight, you’re only criminals because you refused to follow one rule? I don’t know about you, but that’s just wrong.” I said.
“That’s what I’ve been saying my entire life but noooo, people always say “Edalyn, you have to join a coven.”, “Eda at least join the Emperor’s Coven so you can still use your magic as much as you want.”, “Eda the Emperor has the coven system for a reason.” IT’S SOO ANNOYING!” Eda ranted. I feel like their situation feels a little bit too familiar for some reason like I’ve watched a movie or read a book about the same thing with the government forcing people to join a group that separates you from other people. Then it clicked, I turned to Luz who was sitting next to me and nudged her in her side. “I don’t know about you but this whole coven system thing is giving me major Divergent vibes. Literally the whole thing of “Once you reach a certain age you need to pick a group and once you’re in, you are forced to stay in that group your entire life.”
“OH MY GOSH, HOW COME I DIDN’T THINK OF THAT. I am literally living in the world of Divergent, except that I didn’t choose a coven to join and I never will and I wouldn’t get killed if someone found out that I use all kinds of magic, so it’s like a less strict version of the books.”
“What’s a “Divergent”?” King asked
“It’s a book series from the human realm,” I explained.
Luz shot up from her seat and looked at all of us. “Oh, do you guys wanna come with me and Eda? We’re gonna go searching for some specific parts to complete a portal that I’m making so I could get back to the human realm.”
“Sure I guess.” Maybe we can help her and she could help us.
“Sorry I gotta go home before my parents get suspicious on why I’m spending soo much time away from home,” Amity said standing up. She picked up a staff that had a white cat on top and walked towards the front door.
“Alright kid." Eda started saying. "While you’re at it, you don’t mind telling Odalia that she’s a bi-”
“WOAH EDA! I don’t think Amity would walk out alive if she told her mother whatever you say.” Luz said, completely stopping Eda before she said something too aggressive.
Willow got up from where she was sitting. “Well see ya Luz but I also gotta get going, I don’t want my dads to worry about me.”
“Ok well, see you guys tomorrow then.”
“Ok how about you guys get some rest, I’ll go to the night market to see if I can get most of the parts that we need for the portal,” Eda said as she walked towards the staircase.
"Well, I guess I should show you guys to your room since you're going to be staying here until we can find you a way back home," Luz said, leading us upstairs, we passed a few doors before we came to a stop. "Thanks for all of this." I thanked her.
"You're welcome, we are kinda used to taking in random people and taking care of them. Anyway, here's your room, Hooty prepared it while we were talking." She opened the door and revealed a room that had 4 sleeping bags ready to be used. I put my bag down next to a blue sleeping bag which I have mentally claimed because it was the closest to the door for when I need to go to the bathroom and It's close to the window so I can see the outside world. "If you need anything, my room is down the hall and the bathroom is right next to this room." She said, gesturing to the door across from this room.
"Well, Good night, I guess I'll see you guys tmr morning," Luz said, closing the door as she exited the room.
"Well, today was unexpected, huh," Polly said, getting ready for bed. "Indeed it has, at least we found a few good people who are willing to help us get back. By the way, Anne, do you still have that jar with you?" Hop Pop questioned. I looked over to my backpack and a bluish-black substance was oozing out from underneath. "Oh crud, I think the jar broke when I placed the bag down." Today is just not my day, first, we get sent to a dimension that's definitely not Amphibia, then I lose the key that brought us here, now I accidentally broke something that could help us get back. "You know what, it's ok, Luz said that she is building a Portal to the human realm so maybe we could go with her." Sprig said.
"Yeah, I guess you're right, let me just wipe this up before I sleep because I am really tired right now." I pulled some, paper towels out of my bag, luckily it didn't get wet during the process of the leak. I wiped up the liquid, threw the wet paper towels to the side to throw away tomorrow and climbed into the sleeping bag.
“Good night Anne.”
“Good night Sprig.”

Andrias’s POV
Things are a bit chaotic at the moment, I'm sending out robots almost every week to try and unalive Anne but none are successful, today a robot came back and reported saying that the stone signature radiation off of Anne just completely disappeared. One of the newts entered the room where I was busy planning a new way to get to Anne. “Sir, a portal is being opened in the throne room.”
We walked towards the room, I opened the door and stepping out of the portal was one of my oldest friends. We met each other while I was still trying to rule over multiple dimensions but he was my match, I couldn't beat him in a fight so we made a truce, I can rule over as many places as I want as long as I don't try to take his empire and as long as he doesn't try to take mine. "Belos?"
"Well hello, Andrias, long time no see."
"Indeed, it has been a long time. What are you doing in Amphibia?"
"I have a business proposal that I guarantee you would like."
"Oh?"
"A little birdy told me that there's a human that escaped from your realm with a few amphibians."
"That is true."
"Well, I came here to make a deal, I'll give you back your people and the human, but you need to do something for me."
"That's intriguing, I'm willing to accept this offer."

Luz's POV
King and I have been having a conversation for I don't know how long but to me it felt like just a few minutes. I'm still trying to figure out what Anne used to get here, maybe we could find it and maybe I could use it to get back home. "You know King, the Boiling Isles never fails to surprise me," I said while climbing into my sleeping bag after sitting by the window for a while.
"As long as I have lived, I never thought humans existed. Now here I am, currently living in a house that has two humans inside. I guess you're right." King said. He crawled up to where I was and plunked down right next to me.
I heard a lot of commotion coming from downstairs and the only person who could be up as late as we are could be Eda. "I guess Eda's home, what time is it?" I asked. I know that there's a huge clock in my room but I'm too lazy to look at it.
"3 am."
"I swear it was 12 am just two minutes ago."
"I don't think that's how time works Luz."
"It's an exaggeration. I'm just saying that time moved by really quickly. Anyway, we should probably get some sleep, we gotta continue with that portal tomorrow, we don't have that much Titan's Blood left so we need to build it carefully."
"Yeah, I agree, night Luz."
"Good night King."
I still couldn't sleep, normally I would be asleep at this time but I just can't sleep for some reason, it's like something is forcing me to stay awake.
I heard a mouse squeak in the corner of my room and echo mouse's head started glowing, which indicated that we are getting new information out of Phillips diary. I nudged King a bit to try and wake him up, I didn't want to be the only one witnessing what I'm about to see. "Pssst King, wake up, echo mouse is about to give us more information about Phillips diary." King's eyes slowly opened up and I gestured to the part of the room that lit up, showing a screen on the wall.
“Day 21 of trying to find a way back home. My first attempt at building a portal back home was a failure. It sent me to a pocket dimension which I’d like to call the in-between realm. With the Titan’s Blood in Eclipse Lake dried out, I have started my search to look for more. After hours of searching, I found a magnificent discovery, somewhere in the tunnels there’s what seems to be a small sea of Titans Blood that looks like it’s about 1km². It’s surrounded by walls of muscle and stone. I tried finding ways to help other people find it if needed and realised that a map would be too difficult to draw so I created a poem to help guide the way: “Through the veins is where the blood flows, as you follow the clues around you, the heartbeat gets close. Follow the jagged lines for the place you seek is north to the place of the leak. As the tunnels around you become larger, the guide that shows you your destination grows stronger.” With this amount of Titans Blood, I’ll be able to make as many portals as it takes to get me back home. Phillip Wittebane, signing off.”
“I think it’s time for another adventure,” I said, a little bit too excited.
"Tomorrow, right?" King asked with a tired tone in his voice.
"Yeah, of course, it would be absurd to go at this hour." I put my head back on my pillow and I was finally able to doze off for a bit.
