Hey guys, I completely forgot to add the part with the showcase for Marinette so I decided it will happen when she gets to school so if you have an idea of a song she can sing for it put it in the comments and I will choose one.
It was a new day and Marinette being happy was the understatement of the year, she had everything planned out she had a few ideas for her showcase performance when she had taken the test they said it was the final part of the test and it would be done in person, even if she failed she would get in for acting but they wanted to see if she had any musical talent.
Marinette got up humming a tune while she got ready for school Tikki came into the room and sat down on the rug in Marinette's room after getting changed and grabbing her books she went down to the bakery. She grabbed a muesli bar not feeling very hungry and walked to school.
Her outfit
Marinette chose to wear some black tights, along with a black skirt and jumper with a black tank top underneath she then paired it with some black boots and left her hair out.
When Marinette walked into the class it was empty as usual. She took her seat at the front and began on some homework, a smile still tugging at her lips, students started coming into class and she heard lies coming from a certain girl's mouth. Her smile got smaller as her voice grew louder, Marinete finished off her work placing it one the teacher's desk returning to her seat.
Lila soon walked in and noticed the small smile on the girl's face as she walked and knew whatever was making her smile could be used in her favour and she intended to find out what it was. "Oh Marinette you seem happy, why is that?" Lila asked sweetly.
Marinette looked up from her work to see Lila looking at her but her eyes held anger, the rest of the class was looking at her to "pardon" Marinette said unsure what they said and something inside told her she didn't want to know. Good thing she was wearing her headphones she slowly took them out as Lila spoke.
"I just asked why you seem so happy today" Lila said Marinette hadn't realised that she was smiling and Chloe wasn't coming today. Things were most likely going to end badly that she knew already. But how had she not noticed her cold exterior was not on.
"I don't know" she said, unsure of how to proceed, she hadn't shown emotions to her class in months. It was different for them asd Lila was taking clear advantage of it that was for sure.
"Are you sure you can tell us?" Lila tried again. Marienette opened her mouth to say something but Miss Bustier came in and started the lesson letting Marinette off the hook. The second Lila's eyes had left Marinette she put on the cold emotionless look making sure to never let anyone see her showing emotions after all it made her seem vulnerable.
The second the lunch bell rang Marinette bolted out of the room out of the room before her classmates could question her.
