"Hey baby, I'm gonna head out for practice I'll be back in a few hours" Chris said kissing my cheek before grabbing his duffel bag and leaving

I nodded my head sighing before going upstairs ever since I found out that Siani was pregnant even though Chris still hasn't said anything he's been off. I haven't said anything because I don't want something else to ruin our family again

"Do you like it" I said to Andre we've been in Atlanta for three days so far and I've also broken my phone Micah's taking me out later on tomorrow to get a new one

"When am I gonna see my dad again" Andre said

"Soon alright. Your dad just asked if I could watch you for a while until things get better, I love you and I want us to be a family" I said

"Alright" Andre said

"You start at your new school tomorrow" I said leaving out

He's never gonna see Pryce again for a while not if I have anything to do about it and I have Micah here to help me which is great for me because I have my son and that's what I've always wanted whether the courts allowed it or not I'm just happy to have him

"You need to call the police" Aubree said while handing me my phone

I had went to Cassandra's house yesterday around 7:30 to pick up Andre since it was Sunday and she said I could pick him up when I got there I had knocked on the door and some guy who's her landlord I'm guessing said she had moved out but he didn't know where

"I know, but what am I gonna say. Yeah I left my son with his mother and she hasn't answered her phone so I can't get in contact with her to pick him up and she's only supposed to have him on the weekends" I said

"Yes Pryce it's court ordered if she doesn't give you Andre back like she's supposed to she can go to jail because whether it's her son or not it's still kidnapping" Aubree said

I sighed deeply grabbing my phone from her dialing 911

"I don't know man but hold that thought" I said grabbing my phone and walking outta the studio

I looked at the caller ID while I was in the hallway and I seen that it was India

"Hello" I said answering the phone

"Nahmir..." India said

"What's up. You good" I said

"I'm sorry, I just didn't know who to call. Chris he— she's pregnant" India said before sobbing

"Who" I said

"My cousin— Siani, she's pregnant. She told Chris and it's a possibility that it might be his baby" India said

"You gonna be straight alright, you wanna come out here chill for a little bit" I said

"That'd be great thank you. I just don't know what I'm gonna say to Chris though" India said

I sucked my teeth

"Don't worry about all that right now alright. I got a couple of guest rooms at my place that you can stay in just take the kids to Chris's moms house for a few days whenever you wanna leave you can I'm not gonna force you to stay" I said

"Alright. I'll be there tomorrow" India said

"Cool I'm gonna book your flight for tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock" I said

"Alright. Thank you so much" India said hanging up

Man this bitch get on my nerves but yeah it's true I saved her and her son. She told me that when her mom found out she was pregnant she kicked her out, she was bouncing from house to house tryna find somewhere for them to stay. She stayed at her aunts house for a couple of months but her aunt had kids of her own so it wasn't really a lot of room for her and Nazir. One day she called me up and asked if her and Nazir could stay with me until she got enough money to get her own place. I ain't that fucking heartless specially if you walking around these streets with a baby anything can happen so I said yeah she moved in and since I couldn't get India I asked her to be my girlfriend again
