"Did he ask you to marry him?" John asked and she could feel herself becoming exhausted
"Sorta, he just said like he wants to marry me and that he wants us to take that final step, he gave me some time to think about it," she told him and bit her lip
"What do you think?" He asked, aftet another pause
"I dunno. I love Randy, you know that. I've loved him for a long time. I definitely wanna marry him but what if it's not the right time?" She asked him
"And that's the problem," John said and Grace tilted her head, when there was no reply, John continued
"Since I met you, you've had a nasty habit of saying 'what if' you've known Randy for 10 years, so what if you guys have only been going out for 10 months? This is someone you love. Someone you know, maybe stop saying what if and start living your life," John said and Grace bit her lip
"So you think I should marry him?" She asked
"I've thought that since the first time I met you guys," he admitted
"Take a chance Grace," he said and she sighed and nodded, thanking him and cutting the phone off
"Baby!" She called as she walked up the steps towards their bedroom
She walked in and her heart melted, Randy was on a video call with Alanna and she sat on the bed
"Aw, that's an amazing drawing baby girl, you did so well. Daddy has to go now, but I'll see you soon okay?" He said in a gentle voice
"Look who it is," he said and Grace leaned closer
"Hi babygirl," Grace greeted, big smile on her face

"Gracie!" Alanna called, excitedly waving
"I'll see you soon baby, daddy loves you," he reminded her
"Love you to daddy!" Randy's two year old called back to him, touching the screen and he stared at her for a few minutes then ended the call
"You were calling to me sweetheart?" Randy asked, turning around and she smiled at him
She had no doubt in her mind now. She wanted to give Randy everything. He deserved it. She wanted to have a family with Randy
"Sweetheart?" He called, snapping her out of it and she crawled on the bed with him and sat down, giving him a smile

"What's that face?" He asked with a fond laugh as he pecked her lips
"I've been thinking while you were showering and talking to Al," she began
"And," she paused and looked at the curiousity in his eyes

She had to brace them as Randy tackled her and hugged her tightly, kissing all over her face
"I'm so happy, you don't even know." He said and she smiled, giggling as his lips pressed against her skin
"I love you Grace," Randy said, looking seriously at her and she smiled and caressed his face
"I love you to Randy," she replied and they met in a kiss
Soon enough, they would be engaged. Grace only hoped this was the right decision for the both of them.
