Vampires, werewolves, witches – most people believe that they're just the things of stories, stories made up to scare children. But I always had a feeling that perhaps, somehow, they were real.

It makes sense really, you being a hybrid. Don't think I never noticed the way people cower when they see you, or how they cross the street to avoid you because they're afraid.
And I don't blame them, I really don't, because if I didn't know you the way I do, I'd probably be afraid of you too.
