I fix my own plate with an omelette and some fruit and toast with water. I watch her expressions as we eat and I almost laugh but I hold it in. She's so cute. After we finish, I clean up our plates and stick everything in the dishwasher and go to pick up my baby. "You wanna go shopping now princess, then you have to take a nap before we meet our friends when we get back, okay" she nods and remembering to use her words she says "yes daddy, but I's gots to go potty first" I carry her to the bathroom and help her use the bathroom and to wash her hands. I grab her princess toothbrush and squirt some toothpaste on it. "Alright let's brush our teeth, " I chant in a funny voice and she giggles. Ah she's got such a sweet giggle. When we get done she swishes the mouthwash and we head to her room to pack her a bag while we're out with an extra outfit just in case and her paci and stuffie. We then head out on our shopping adventure.
2 hours later
We just left the store where we bought her a cute high chair that had sparkles on it, some more dresses and she got a new stuffed unicorn that she named Bella.

Heading home, Amelia wanted to listen to music so I searched for the kids bop cd and the song love yourself started playing. She started singing along and I felt like I was in a trance listening to her. Her voice was so beautiful. "You're really good, sweetie," I praise her and she just smiles and continues to sing. We pull into the driveway and she starts to yawn and she tries to cover it up. I grab all the bags and unbuckle her out of her car seat and carry her in. I lay the bags on the chair and continue up the stairs. Entering in her room, I go to the dresser and pick out her some comfy clothes to sleep in. I quickly change her and stick her in her crib. She starts to whine and I place one of her new pacis in her mouth. She instantly starts to suck and her eyes start to close. I hum to her until she's completely out.
1 hour later... I'm sitting in my office, working on my contracts when I hear my baby girl crying through my baby monitor. I jump up and run into the bedroom and see her sitting on the edge of the crib. When she sees me she starts to cry and make grabby hands. I walk up to her and notice the bed is wet. She sees my looking down and she sobs... "please no spankies, daddy. Me not mean to." She cries. I gently pick her up, whispering soothing words to her. "It's okay baby, it was just an accident. No spankies, I promise." I gently set her in the bathtub and started to wash her. Once I was done I put her in a new outfit and a new set of panties. I wonder if she would wear diapers, at least during nap time or during the night. I ask and she complies. I make a note to go buy some for her.

I got her dressed then I grabbed the brush and carried her to the couch. I slowly brushed her hair and she almost fell back asleep until there was a sudden knock at the door.
