Is a parmecia- type devil fruit that allows the user to people's consciousness into a virtual space by singing
The main strength of this fruit allows the user to transport the consciousness (essentially their spirits) of people who hear them singing, including their own into an virtual space known as the Uta world the physical bodies those trapped in Uta world remain unconscious. Within this world the user is virtually omnipotent possessing complete control and can manipulate reality as they choose it is impossible for others to leave Uta world on their own. In addition the user is able to control the unconscious real-world bodies of those trapped in Uta world. Curiously while physically no one is able to enter or leave without the ability user, images can be livestreamsd from the Uta world to the real world. Should the user die, spirits of those trapped in the Uta world will remain stuck there. As noted it is not necessary for the user to physically be present in order to send others into Uta world, as seen where livestream recording of [Y] / Y/N concert was able to take souls of fans from across the world

TOT Musica is an known as the 'demon king of songs' the only way to summon him is by the singing the forbidden song and upon releasing this beast the only way to defeat TOT Musica is get attacked by both sides of the real world and Uta world

Weakness:
The weakness of the ability is that Uta world can only be maintained as long as the user remains awake. It also consumes alot of stamina do maintain the ability for long periods of time. Potential targets can also protect themselves from the user's power by blocking their hearing from the user's music. This even applies in the Uta world where target can either hide in a sound proof areas or contain the user in a soundproof containment-like field and also lose the ability to swim :D
