"Morning mamá" Carmen said as she got into the kitchen .
"Buenos dias mi hija" Carlotta replied "So why did Cash call you last night ?"
Carmen didn't want to reply but not saying can make things worse .
"Uhm.. he wanted to ask me for marriage but I said no-"
"Marriage?!"
"Ye- But I said no and I kinda a told him I had a boyfriend"
"You do?!"
"Nope- and he wants me to prove it"
"Hey how bout that friend of yours?"Carlotta said
"Who?"
"You know...Gray"
"Yeah what about him?"
"He can be your boyfriend"
Carmen was shocked by her response "Mama he's just a friend ."
"Or is he????"
"He is"
"Fine" Carlotta turned away and went back to her work ."But he seemed like a good person . He can at least be a fake one?"
"Mmm..ye i don't think so"
"Alright"

Carmen got back to her room after breakfast to get her phone . She had to help her mother with the dishes while the kids were off to school .
While she was busy arranging things back she heard a ping from her phone . It's Gray.
Gray: hey lambkins how ya doing?
Carmen: good. you?
Gray: missing you :)
Carmen: same :)
Gray: wanna call?
Carmen: sure
Carmen answered his call and held her phone to her ears.
"Hey Gray" Carlotta turned her head immediately like a dog when it sees a bone . Carmen pretended not to notice this.
"Hey. whatcha doing?"
"Just cleaning up"
"Oh- you're busy?"
"No not much. I can talk"
"Sure"
Carlotta ran upto Carmen to hear what they were talking about.
(Mom ships redcrackle)
"So I called you many times before but you didn't answer-" Gray said in a rather worried tone.
"Oh when?"
"I think it was night for you there"
Now this is where it's going. Well she was gonna have to tell sometime
"Yeah well umm-" Carmen stuttered as her mother beside her was eavesdropping on their conversation .
"I was at my friend's place and well..."
"Something happened"
"How can you just say it?!"
"Something happened yes or no?"
"Yup" Carmen replied
"Are you gonna tell me about it Lambkins?"
And Carmen explained everything while Carlotta was cheering beside her.
"Wow ok- and what did you say?"
"Of course no!"
"Thank goodness!" Gray lost control
"What?!"
"Nothing!"
Few seconds pause.......
"And now he's inviting me to his gala at Berlin and wants me to bring my boyfriend" Carmen explained
"So you need a boyfriend?"
"At least a fake one"
"Did you ask anyone?"
"Nope-"
"Then I can be your fake boyfriend!" Gray lost control again..
"Uhm.." Carmen wasn't sure what to say.
"If you want me to.."
Carmen thought about if for a while . She didn't know so many guys who can actually help her about this . And she doesn't have much time to find somebody anyway...
"mm..Ok"
"Wait really?!"
"Yup"
"Wow ok-"
"You don't want to?"
"I do! I mean- I don't have a problem with it-" Gray replied
"Ok- well i gotta go" Carmen said.
"Ok then..bye fake love of my life"
Carmen laughed at his response "K byee"
