Mikayla's pov

At school i walked through the hallway with sarah and erica and we talked about how to be a normal girl and i seen rory talking to his new girlfriend and sarah noticed and we walked to class and i sat next to Rory's girlfriend

" Hey " the girl said as i smiled at her

" Hey " i said

" Im Kelly " the girl said

" Im mikayla " i said as we talked and walked to my locker as rory walked over to us

" Hey " rory said putting his arm around kelly as i smiled

" Hey rorster " i said as rory smiled and kelly got confused

" You know her? " Kelly said as rory nodded

" She's my best friend " rory said as i smiled at kelly and felt jealous of rory having his arm around kelly and kelly walked away

" Ethan told me you got rid of your powers " rory said as i looked at him

" Its weird " i said as mr. G noticed me and rory and gave us detention and me and rory were in mr. G's class and throwing away papers as rory started messing with mr. G's mask's

" Rory, come on " i said annoyed as rory grabbed a mask and looked at me

" Its a mask " rory said as he put it on and i rolled my eyes as he looked at me and he was acting weird as he left the classroom and i walked home and i got in my Halloween costume and walked to Ethan's house as i walked inside and rory grabbed a girls face and she turned into a singer and he grabbed a dudes face and he turned into a vampire and he walked into the kitchen as i seen sarah and ethan wearing costumes from dusk and i sighed as rory turned jane into a cat and ethan grabbed my arm as we walked into the dining room

" What's up with the mask? " Benny asked me

" I dont know he won't take it off " i said

" What? " Ethan asked me

" Nothing " i said as ethan talked to benny about the mask and i walked into the living room and rory turned erica into a vampire and benny and me seen rory and walked over to him as i backed up and rory flipped benny and turned sarah and ethan into vampires and sarah grabbed Ethan's hand and i walked into the dining room and sat on the floor as i cuddled my legs and watched from the dining room as ethan and sarah kissed and i felt tears building up because i didnt have my powers and i got up as rory walked into the dining room and i slowly backed up into the wall as he slowly grabbed my face and i furrowed my brows as rory let go'd of my face and ethan, sarah and benny walked into the dining room as rory took the mask off and felt confused

At home i was doing my homework and i grabbed my guitar and started playing some music as i began singing and i smiled as ethan texted me and i ignored his messages and fell asleep and i woke up to rory knocking on my window and i got up and walked over to my window and let him in

" I wanted to talk to you " rory said as i rolled my eyes

" Its okay, I understand that you like kelly alot and that we're just friends " i said as rory sighed

" What are you talking about? " Rory asked me

" We're best friends and kelly really likes you " i said as rory rolled his eyes

" Kelly broke up with me " rory said

" What? " I asked rory

" She doesn't like the fact that im friends with you " rory said

" Rory i dont want to know about your girlfriend " i said annoyed as rory rolled his eyes

" Something's bothering you " rory said as he got closer to me

" You wouldn't understand " i said as rory gave me a look

" I dont want to talk about it " i said as rory sighed and he climbed out my window and flew away as i fell asleep

At school i walked through the hallway and principal hicks was holding talent show auditions and i walked to the auditorium and my smile sank when i seen my friends sitting in the seats and i walked backstage and rory walked over to me

" Hey " rory said

" Your singing? " Rory asked me

" Yeah " i said

" What? " Rory asked me

" I dont know " i said nervously

" You know you can tell me anything " rory said as i smiled and he walked away and after the talent show i walked over to the piano and rory walked over to me and sat down next to me and i smiled at him

" Im sorry " i said as rory gave me a confused look

" What? " Rory asked me

" Im not a good friend and you deserve better " i said as rory looked at me

" Your only acting this way because ethan doesn't treat you like his girlfriend " rory said as i looked at him

" You have a girlfriend " i said walking away and rory followed me as i walked over to ethan

" Hey " i said as ethan looked at me

" I wanted to talk to you " ethan said

" Ethan, i got rid of my powers for you and you kissed another girl " i said as ethan sighed
