Chp 6 Comfort

A girl with h/c and h/l hair with e/c features, was standing by the door leaning against it looking at the saddened blonde before her making her frown a little

"hm? did you somehow need something?" asked Mikey facing his head at her body infront while having that fake smile that the girl knew

The girl then walked towards a wardrobe that was in the room then opened it "uh yes?" she said while facing her back at him pretending to grab something 

"No worries I will leave soon enough" she said while chuckling a bit making Mikey chuckle too

 "what? This is your house so I don't see any reason for you to literally say sorry to me for grabbing something here" Mikey said while he then went back to his neutral face aka his emo face then stared at the floor

 Mikey was then caught off guard when

Y/n suddenly side hugged him ad she was standing up so Mikey's face was against her chest since he was sitting down on the bed

"heh?" said Mikey lowly while he eventually flinched when Y/n would move a muscle and he was still frozen so all he could do was just sit still in shock

Then Mikey came back to his senses "what are you doing?" he asked in a dark tone... he did not know the girl so what was her reason for hugging him unexpectedly?

Mikey was trying to atleast move a little showing the girl he isn't liking the position only for the girl's hug to tighten making him raise both of his hands then held her arm that was on his face specifically almost on his nose while the girl's other hand was snaked around his head and his head was still against her chest

"Why?" Mikey asked while trying to move a little... if it was a boy he would've probably just pushed him but it was a girl and he knew he needed to be gentle since she was not just a girl but someone who is friends/acquainted with Takemichi

"I don't know... just wanted to do this..." you said...

"Huh?..." he was confused

"I don't and can't tell what your going through, but it's not good to keep it all in... it will make things worse" the girl said/lied still in a low voice unbeknownst to them, 

Takemichi was literally struggling in the kitchen he was using a plate for his shield when his eyes caught an umbrella and as of now, he is literally using an umbrella while cooking to avoid getting hit by some shooting oil

Mikey then lowered his hands and unbeknownst to him, he unconsciously leaned in more to the hug which also went unnoticed by the girl... the girl's words struck him then he lets the girl do her thing while he just sat still

"I'm not really in the place to say anything.. but I'm pretty sure you needed a hug" said the girl but she whispered the last phrase but it did not go unnoticed by the blonde making him widen his eyes

Mikey just went silent and just listened to the girl... he closed his eyes... although, just as they were relaxing, someone had to interrupt--

 "Y/N-CHAN I THINK I OVERCOOKED IT!!!" shouted Takemichi making the said girl turn and poke her head at the door only to see the dinner she told Take to keep watch all burned and black making the girl shocked and panic

She was about to go to him when she then stopped and gave Mikey an another close eyed smile "Uhh... gotta check that out, hehe" said the girl with a smile "Y/N-CHAN!!!" shouted Take the girl then rushed to Take with an are-you-serious? face

Mikey then stared at his hands then he gently placed a palm on his chest only to feel it beating quite faster and more then before... 

he still feels the warmth the girl provided him earlier which was the hug and not just his body felt warmth, but even his heart also... 

after all those years... not a family nor friend has ever provided such comfort to him since their presence was already enough for the boy, he did not had any idea comfort was also one thing he craved for

He then smiled a little while removing his hand 'she is ... interesting I guess' he thought still smiling but that was soon gone when he went out of the room and saw the thing before him it was Y/n scolding Takemichi

"In the first episode it shown that you cooked a bunch of ramen so I thought that you could keep an eye on the dinner!" she exclaimed to Takemichi in a disappointed face while Take just sat kneeling at the same time while having crocodile tears on his face

Mikey was confused at what the girl was saying but he just shrugged it off then held his stomach while laughing at the scene unfolding before him and this made Take and Y/n's attention to swift to him 

They both looked at him astonished... seeing the boy laugh was something that the girl least expected after the current mangas whilst Take was happy cuz his friend is happy

After that whole bunch of both Y/n and Take telling Mikey to laugh more, the three of them enjoyed dinner together clearly not suspecting about the day that will come tomorrow
