To take it day by day,
Is much harder to do than it is to say.
I tell myself, just be as you may,
For what is truth if you weren't that way?
I wander through thoughts that often lead me astray,
A tense emotion, a feeling I cannot convey.
Sometimes, I forget it's okay not to be okay,
To let the chaos sway.
But then, I remember, anyway,
That I shall try to take it day by day.
