As me, myself and the river's flowing down
I don't hear a peep, I dont hear a sound
I'm drowning out The Noise
You're standing there with the turquoise,
Dress. things we had to adress
Blood on my shirt with a rose in my hand
Tumbling down the harsh dusty sand
With a knife in my back.
Valerie
I don't think your the one for me
Even though I wanted you to be
Now I'm in a different space
Wiping water off my face
Is it from the river or from my eyes
Will never know, but then I'm surprised
To see you're back trying to help me out
Valerie
Why do you torture me.
What do I decide?
Take her hand and close my eyes.
