Charlotte 'Lottie' Tomlinson had the perfect life. She had amazing parents, a wonderful brother, Louis and the boyfriend she could have asked for. Everything changed one night on her 13th birthday.
Her and her family suffered a car crash, killing her parents. Four years have passed, Lottie's now seventeen and lives with her Aunt Rosie and Louis. When her brother leaves for the X Factor and becomes famous world-wide everything becomes more difficult. Life is getting easier for her now and shes used to the One Direction thing.
When her Aunt suffers from a heart attack, she must live with her brother and his band mates. Fortunately, everything's perfect: shes back with her brother, and has great friends.
But what will happen when one of the boys starts to fall for her? The answer is: a lot of change. How will she feel about him? Will they end up together? Or will they have to face problems along the way?
