After losing his Queen, the King of the Woodland realm became desperate on wanting to keep his only son safe and alive for as long as he could. Seeking through the whole Middle-Earth for a promise for his son's future, he was soon introduced to a child who was able to cast healing beams of sunlight with her hands. Thranduil took her in, welcoming Eedla to Mirkwood as its princess, to make sure that she and his son prince Legolas would be brought up as tightly knitted as possible. But even so: Eedla could save a person's life, even in death...but nothing comes for free, for if she were to save another person's life, she would have to give up her own. Fighting against sorrows of hearts being complicated, against time and against the evil that was taking control of Middle-Earth, this story would tell a tale of the one who was in love, ready to do whatever in her power to keep her beloved safe. It would also tell a great story about friendship, bravery, war and everything that is to happen in a fantasy story.
