A fusion love story set in 2000 about two 17 year old Muslim teenagers, Aila and Jari, in Morocco who marry each other through an arranged marriage. Being young and immature about a new life they constantly fight which ultimately leads them to their goal of divorcing. However during the 3 month waiting period, a spark ignites between then, but because neither had the courage to embrace their love for one another, they end things and go their separate ways. They try to forget each other, but it proves harder for Aila when she discovers that she carries and ember of Jari within her. Years later, they reunite and an old spark is relit. But they aren't the young teenagers they once were; they are now much older and have new lives with responsibilities. It doesn't help that at every moment they are thrust at each other through different means when they try to stay apart. Religion and family intervene to keep the couple apart with morals and values. Will their love be strong enough to be together again? Can they choose this time to be happy for themselves and put their love first before anything else?
