Cecilia is afraid of being average. She is terrified of being the social norm even though that is all that her parents want her to be. She is every stereotype put together and does everything to stick to her list of perfect character traits. She wants to be reckless, bold, outgoing, brave, and strong, while still maintaining a feminine front. She's been told too many times that she isn't girly enough, and though she does nothing to change peoples thoughts on her, it still bothers her. She only wants to be her own definition of perfect. People come and go in her life, but she isn't worried. She doesn't believe in fate, but she believes that she can't choose for other people. If they want to leave her, she won't make them stay, no matter how much she wants them to. When three very important people are forced to leave her, she learns to deal with it. She is perfect in everyone's eyes but her own.
