I manage to slip away from the crowd and on my way out to the balcony, I take a flute of champagne with me off the tray of one of the servers. When I reach the quiet air of the balcony, I bring the flute to my lips and take a sip as I stare out at the beauty of the Seattle skyline. The night is beautiful and the sky ripples of violet, pink and blue over the distant mountains. "Beautiful night, isn't it?" A smooth, accented voice says behind me. I turn my head to find a mysteriously beautiful man, dressed in a expensive looking gray-blue suit, leaning against the wall. He's smoking a cigar while his dark eyes stare back at me. His skin is the color of milk and coffee, with short dark curls framing his chiseled face. His handsome gaze causes me to catch my breath and teeter on my heels. He gives me a flirtatious smirk and I force myself to smile back. He was gorgeous. "Yes, very beautiful." I agree, turning back to the skyline and taking another flustered sip of my champagne. "I'm sorry, where are my manners?" He stands off the wall and strides over to my side, holding out his hand. "I'm Sebastian. Sebastian Darkbloom."
