I was told a way of stopping feeling suicidal is to write it all down, so I might as well write it down for everyone to see because I don't hate my life enough right now. Feel free to comment whatever you want here - it's the point of the book. These won't be long, it's an in-the-moment, unedited, stupid book made to help me cope. Why'd I make it public? So people can send me advice to try and help, or send me shit they don't like about me. Oh well. I'm getting help, and this is one of the coping techniques suggested.
