Battle On The Horizon
A comet hits Earth, sending a quarter of it into the sky. 5 years later, these floating islands are named the Horizon, and a super weapon is secretly hidden away on it. Braxton Declain is hired to not only find the weapon and destroy it, but to also find the key which unlocks it's capabilities to use against the entire planet.
