It's always possible to wake someone from sleep, but can you wake up a person who is pretending to be asleep? Why should that person pretend to sleep? Is that person that lazy to get up? Or is it, that person is afraid of reality he might have endure after waking up? Same way, what if someone is pretending to have amnesia to hide the biggest truth of his life? How long can one hide the truth? One day he had to tell the truth, will everyone accept his blunder mistake of hiding the truth? Isn't truth bitter? But is it better to lie over telling truth? Nope. But what if someone is forced to lie because of a promise?
