I've always struggled with my weight, and so I finally took charge of my life and started dieting at the beginning of January 2012. I wanted to feel better about myself in general, but it was also nearing my 21st birthday, and I wanted to feel great for the big night out I had planned. I did lose a little bit of weight and had a great birthday, but I didn't take it too seriously until May... That's when I really knuckled down, and realised that if I didn't stick at it then I probably never would. So far I have lost over 4 STONE and I'm still going! I've gone down 3 dress sizes and feel so much happier and healthier, especially when I look back at old pictures of myself. This is NOT a diet plan, and I'm not saying I have the 'secret' to losing weight or that I'm an expert.
