Everyone daydreams, but not everyone daydreams the same. Emily is a girl that lives a fairly normal life. she has a mom, dad, a cat, and a fish. She is a well rounded student, and has some friends. One thing that is different is that from a young age she would daydream, but not your average daydream. She would do nothing for hour after hour doing nothing bit daydreaming. If she heard music she would go into a trance like state of mind plying all kinds out thing out in her head. She even had friends in her daydreams that would come back in different dreams. She started to develop relationships with the people in her daydreams, one in particular. As she go older it happened more often, but she didn't tell anyone about it. She thought she was going crazy or something, but once she knew it was not as bad as she thought she did not go a day without her daydream friends. Sure everyone daydreams, but not everyone falls in love with them. - Finding Her Someday Complete

It seems you can't beat your body, Ever, but especially not when it's fighting for you and against you. Since I've recently discovered that I have Maladaptive daydreaming, I finally have an answer as to why I have so so so so SO many stories and ideas and prompts in my head all the time, and why I can't seem to get very far with any of them. I've decided to create a little chapter "book" where I'll be putting these little stories and prompts (however short or long) so that there will still be activity here on my account and so that I can feel a lot better mentally when I can get these ideas out. And honestly, since I discovered Maladaptive daydreaming I've definitely been a little worse-off mentally, I just can't seem to get ideas when I need them (such as when I'm going to sleep) and its affecting my mental health. So anyway, I'll be chucking stuff down here, hopefully it'll be good! - Self Therapy Ongoing
