"We don't live in the past nor future, but we live in the present. We can't change past, but we can create the expected and desired future of human being civilization by what we decide and do in the present. The best way to predict the future is by creating the future." [ Roby Widjaja ] It's a short story about 7 Technologies that are important and will be dominant in the future, between the year 2020 to 2120. Those technologies are Advanced Biotechnology Applications, Highly Efficient Productive Clean Renewable Energy Technologies, Self-Recharged Electronic Devices, Human Brain Waves Reader and Transmitter Technologies, Vertically Take Off Flying Vehicles, Lab-Made Super Materials, and All Technologies That Enable Human Race to Live on Other Planets. - Blood Forge Ongoing

Fresh off her first year at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Emilia Casey is simultaneously happy to be back in her sleepy beachside town for the summer while also missing her life and friends at college. Located on the other side of the country from UCSB, the last thing Emilia expects to see in her mostly unknown corner of the world is her college friends. And yet, that's exactly what happens when Damian Farago, the most beautiful friend she has, shows up on vacation with his family. After a startling meeting, Damian ropes Emilia into being his tour guide for the rest of his time in her charming town. As the pair explores every corner the town has to offer, Emilia finds a crush left over from the school year turning into maybe something more. In this feel-good, summer short story, attractions are strong and smiles can be found all around as two young adults realize that all this time the other had been paying attention. excerpt: ""Okay, okay!" Damian's laughter was warm as he took the cracker, the smile forming on his face one of the kind that made the world unbelievably bright despite the dark sky above them. Emilia couldn't help but smile in return, warmth flooding her chest at the sight of his crinkling eyes. He was just so beautiful. She didn't know how many times she'd thought it since first meeting him last winter, but she was sure, as her eyes lingered for a long time on every angle and curve of his face, that she would never stop thinking it. That she would never think it too much because it was so absolutely true. The way the moon caught on the few gold strands strewn throughout his brown hair, the curve of his lips in his smile, the sparkle of the stars reflected in his eyes. She wanted to memorize him, to recall every freckle and eyelash, to never forget the way he blinked-softly-or the way he breathed-steadily." **WARNING: -considerable swearing -TW: brief discussion of depression in Chapter 4, bipolar disorder in Chapter 5 - Ex-Past vs Present Complete

Have you ever wondered, who am Ī? What am ī doing here and where am Ī going? Have you met Jesus Christ our Savior? He has changed my life. I grew up in a Apostolic Church I thought after 20 years, I knew who God was because being taught, if you repent and except Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are saved. That's true, but not until I finally not only, repented of my sins, but cried out to God on my knees. after I finished it was as if a still small voice said to me, "The truth has set you free". I haven't been the same since. Daily I die, daily I carry my cross. So that I may live with God almighty when he returns to get his Church. - 𝕝𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕤 𝕝𝕖𝕗𝕥 𝕦𝕟𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕥. Ongoing

When we fall asleep we travel to the world of dreams. Some destinations are beautiful and make our sleep peaceful, while some others are terrifying and disturb our sleep, making us scream for help covered in cold sweat. But then...we wake up. And we know that when we open our eyes dreams end, and reality takes over our lives. "Dreams aren't real. You should separate dreams and reality." But what if it wasn't so? What if you woke up one day and found out that everything you've lived so far, everything you've been made to believe has just been part of a long, never ending dream? A story where reality turns into a dream and dreams turn into reality. "What is real and what is the truth? I have to find out or else... there was no point to waking up..." - Veiled Veracity Ongoing
