Even through the car, I could feel heated glares already all over me. Normally, I wouldn't care but normally, I had my older brother with me. Not today. Today, I was all alone. Well, I might as well get out and face the music. No use in hiding sinc these kids can smell fear a mile away. So, I stepped out, locked my truck, and faced the main building. It was grayish- white, almost three stories tall, and had a ton of windows. The grounds were covered in pretty flowers and tall trees. I inhaled deeply, then walked up the steps foretelling my doom. "Welcome to Black Moon Academy. How can I help you?" "I'm a new student. Chase Parks." The secretary hummed for a second while she searched. "Ah! Here it is!" She handed me a piece of paper that I immediately slid into my folder. "Your homeroom is down the hall and to the left." Flashing her a brief smile, I quickly darted out the room and directly into someone's chest.
